AN: Hey peeps welcome to a new story from the Myhero fan here. I bring you guys the story of Z in this one. This one is an adventure, romance, humor, and tad bit of slice of life. So I hope you guys enjoy it and if you have questions PM or Comment. Also this is a rewrite of my old story that I deleted called The incredible true story. Now it's called the Story of Z.

For the parring it's Jiro and Izuku. I like to give underrated girls a chance to shine in a paring.

For his quirk it's called Smoke Manipulation. So its similar to Smoker from one peace and Deslin from Infamous Second son. He will have OFA. I was originally going to do a quirk with the combination of Johnny Cage, Cassise Cage and Noob Saibot from Mortal Kombat, but went against it. Or do you guys want to see something like that. Chapter 1: The Troubles

Hi, I'm Izuku Midoriya. There is not much to tell about me, I'm a good kid, with good, grades, a pretty decent family with a mom and dad, a quirk, a crush, and a dream of being a hero. That sounds like a nice life right there, too bad that life is not fun. Everything that just said is all but gone.

My loving parents that I loved so much kept arguing and arguing, and soon they ended up in a divorce. Now I'm staying with my dad and my mom seems like she doesn't want me around or she doesn't want me in general. My crush who is was also my best friend moved away to the States and when I met her again after so long she barely remembered me.

I became a successor to a great hero and let me not forget that had to stop arguably the greatest villain to ever walk this earth. Everything was going so well in beginning and then it ended up in flames. Sometimes I wonder if becoming a hero was even worth everything I been through. Anyway let me stop rambling and show you how everything happened, from the beginning to the end.

Many Years ago

"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" Hisashi Midoriya heard his son call him from the room. "I'm coming, Izuku." The father said as he came in to see his son rocking his head back in forth, the man smiled at his son.

"Alright Zu, wait let me guess you want to watch the video again." Izuku quickly nodded his head and his father laughed. Hisashi went to the computer and quickly played his son's favorite video again. The video was one with Izuku's favorite hero, All Might, saving people from a destroyed building.

Izuku was captivated by the video and promised himself that one day he will be a hero just like his mom and All Might. Hisashi watched his son watch the video and soon left the room when he heard the door open. Hisashi looked just like his son, only with black hair and freckles all over his face. The elder man walked to the entrance and saw his wife and Izuku's mother, Inko Midoriya.

"Rough day at work." Hisashi said as he saw Inko throw her green jacket on the couch and she just gave a him look he has been seeing too often lately. Hisashi just sighed and went to the kitchen to get her some dinner. Inko looked around the house and saw that Izuku was not in the kitchen.

"Where is he?" Hisashi knew she was talking about Izuku and he gave her a look. "He's taking a break." Inko did not want to hear that and she did like that answer.

"He should be studying." Hisashi heard hard tone in his wife voice and knew immediately where this was going. 'Here we go again.' The green haired adult thought as he and his wife were about to engage in one of their many arguments.

Izuku had finished watching the All Might video for god knows how many times and he was about to call his dad, but he heard yelling and shouting. Izuku being curious child grabbed his All Might toy and went to the door to take a look.

Izuku peaked from the corner to see his parent yelling at each other and it scared him, he's been seeing this too often. He thought that mommy and daddy were supposed to love each other. The yelling got louder and louder, and eventually the boy saw his mother glow green and he saw objects begin to float.

Cups, plates, silverware, and even the table was floating. Izuku saw his mother eyes glow green as well and soon felt the house shake. Izuku became very scarred and held onto his All Might for dear life.

"Inko, enough!" Hisashi yelled at his wife and Inko glared at him, but eventually turned her power off. The mother walked away from her husband and headed to their bedroom. When she was going there she saw her son's scared face, but she didn't seem to care. What she did care about was the All Might toy in his hand. Seeing that toy made her glare at it.

Inko's body glowed green again and Izuku felt the toy be ripped out of his hand. The All Might toy flew to his mother hand quickly and once it was couple meters from her hand he saw her make fist. When she did that Izuku saw he precious toy be crushed with a sickening crunch sound being heard.

"Focus on your studies and not this idiot." Izuku was to frighten that his mother crushed his toy that he didn't pay attention to her words. The young boy just nodded his head when he saw his mother's green eyes bore into him.

Once his mother saw him nod she left and went to her room. Izuku looked down at his broken All Might toy with a sad look on his face, Hisashi came over to his son and hugged him, telling that is it was time for bed.

Hisashi tuck his son and smiled down at him. "Daddy, why are you and mommy fighting?" Izuku asked curiously and Hisashi lost his smile.

"It's something that grown ups do from time to time. You don't need to worry about it though Zu, mommy and I will figure it out. Besides you should be excited because tomorrow we're going to the doctor to figure what kind of quirk this little broccoli has." Izuku laughed as his father tickled him and Hisashi smiled down at his son.

"Daddy, do you think I can get your quirk?" Izuku asked again wondering if he can get the same quirk of his father and his father smiled at the question. "You want my quirk huh, what about mommy's." Izuku answer made him lose his smile and he became worried.

"Mommy quirk scares me sometimes and I don't know if I want it." Inko quirk wasn't scary, it actually pretty cool to some eye. What scares people is how she used it and if it made Izuku scared then the parents needed to have a talk.

"Izuku, mommy quirk is not scary and she doesn't want you to be afraid of her. Mommy loves you just as much as I do. Ok. Now for my quirk who knows, you could end up with mine, you could get mommy's, you could get both ours, or you could get your own, but will see tomorrow." Izuku nodded his head to his father words and smiled. "Daddy, can you show me your quirk." Hisashi gained another smile as he put his fist up.

Izuku saw his father fist glow a red color and his father decided to humor him more. His father opened his hand and a small ball made of flames appeared. Izuku looked at the ball in awe as his father moved the ball around with his finger and soon brought back to his hand.

Izuku laughed when his father made the ball take the form of All Might, he then pouted that his father was done showing him his quirk and Hisashi rubbed his head. "Alright Zu, time for bed. You got a big day tomorrow and guess who we get to go to the doctors with." Izuku got smile thinking about his best friend.

"We get to go with Jiro!" Izuku happinley shouted and Hisashi nodded and cut off the lights.

"Night, Zu."

"Night, Daddy." Izuku said as he closed his eyes and thought about the big day tomorrow and that he will spending time with his best friend. While on the outside of the room Hisashi didn't have a smile on his face as he was about to enter his room. Hisashi already knew that Inko had a bad day, why because he saw the news on the new top ten heroes list.

All Might was still ranked number one and that pissed her off, Endeavor was ranked two which made her even more mad, and she was now ranked fourth. Inko was beaten out by the new young hero named Hawk's and he knew that she wasn't going to like that one bit.

Hisaishi sighed as he braced himself for whatever Inko was about to do as he opened the door to his room. When he entered the room he saw his wife, naked and on the bed leaning on the headboard, the green haired woman didn't say anything and with flick of her finger she completely shut the door locking it.

"Off." The tone left no room for arguing, but Hisashi was not in the mood today.

"We need to talk. Izuku is-" Hisashi words were cut off as his mouth stopped moving and Inko body glowed green.

"I said off." Inko used the same tone as before and this time Hisashi body began to move on its own, and he began to take off his clothes. Hisashi couldn't stop himself, Inko quirk was too powerful and the man just had no choice but to follow his body commands.

'This going to be a long night and it will be another one with no talking' Hisashi thought as he saw his wife come closer to him. Inko used her power again and made her husband kneel on his knees. Hisashi was kneeled down as Inko soon grabbed her husband head and brought him closer to her woman hood. Moans would soon be in the room as the two began their late night stress relief...well, it was relief for one not so much the other.

Next Day

Izuku was at the doctor office in the waiting with his father and Kyotoku Jiro and his daughter Koyka Jiro. The fathers were conversing when the nurse came in and called one of their children names.

"Koyka Jiro," The nurse called and Jiro and her dad stood up. "I'll see you when you get out Zu." Koyka said and Izuku smiled as the father/daughter duo headed in the office. Izuku looked up to his dad and saw that something was bothering him.

"Daddy, what's wrong?" Hisashi looked down to see his son's curious eyes and it gave him a smile. "I'm just wondering what kind of cool power I will be I looking at when the doctor tells me your quirk." Hisashi lied rubbing his son head and Izuku laugh, Hisashi didn't want to tell him the truth of what he was thinking. He didn't have heart to do it.

After a few minutes Jiro and her father came out with smiles on their faces. "What did you get?"Izuku asked excited and Jiro twirled her ear jack while looking down. "I got my mom's quirk, Zu. It's not really surprising." The young girl said not wanting to see Izuku's face cause it would make her blush. The fathers smiled knowing that their children had a secret crush.

"Izuku Midoriya, follow me." The nurse said and Hisashi told them that they would meet them outside. When the father and son arrived at the doctor office, the lab coated man would soon conduct a series of test to confirm what quirk the young boy would have. After a while the while the doctor spoke and both Midoriya waited anxiously for the answer.

"Well I from the results I know he has a quirk, but I don't know what it is." The doctor said and Izuku was confused, while Hisashi had an idea.

"Izuku make a fist with your hand." Izuku followed his father intructions and made a fist with his right hand. "Now I want to concentrate on and do what I did last night." Izuku nodded his head while the doctor was curious to what was happening. Izuku closed his eyes and unknown to him his right fist began began to let black smoke out.

"Now Izuku, open your eye." Izuku would open them and see that his fist had black smoke coming out. "Daddy I have a quirk! Now I can be hero." Izuku said excitedly and his father smiled, but the doctor was still confused. He can obviously see that the boy has quirk, but it was useless quirk in his eyes. All the boy could do was make his hand turn into smoke.

"I'm sorry to ask, but this quirk pretty useless in the hero job." The doctor whispered to Hisashi and the man could understand his point of view, Izuku quirk looked useless, but that was far from the truth. If Hisashi is right and he know he is when it comes to his quirk, then his son not as him, but he also he can do the same thing as him if not more.

"That's not true, my boy has a great quirk and suits him well. It's a quirk called...Smoke Manipulation. My boy here inherited my old man's quirk. My late father could generate smoke from his body and fire smoke from his hands. It was pretty awesome when I saw it as a kid. " The doctor was now surprised and could believe that Izuku could be hero, but there was one question that was on his mind.

"I'm curious though and you don't have to answer if you don't want to. What kind of quirk do you have?" Hisashi had no problem answering the question.

"My quirk is called Fire shaper. It allows me to shape fire that I can create from my hands. I can ball of flames, a fire cat, lettering in fire, even a person face." The doctor nodded his head and had one more question for the father as he watched Izuku play with his new quirk.

"If you have a quirk like that why didn't you become a pro?" Hisashi had heard that question so many times in his life and had no problem answering it.

"I didn't want to. I was more contempt with everyday life then a life of a hero. Everyone wants to become a hero even this little guy here, but me. I just wanted to live a normal life and a not so normal world." The doctor completely understood Hisashi, he's come across a few that don't want to be heroes and were just fine with everyday life.

Hisashi thanked the doctor for his time and both Midoriya's went out to meet the Jiro family. When they got out there Izuku quickly went to Kyoka and showed him his quirk. Jiro father knew what it was when he saw, he had spent too much time with Hisashi and his family to not know the quirk.

"Come you two let's get ice cream." Hisashi and the two children quickly nodded as they walked to the car. While two children discussed more about their quirks, the fathers were talking about some grown up things.

"So, how has Inko been?" Kyotoku asked and he heard a sigh from his friend. "Things could be better, way better." That was the only thing that Hisashi siad and Kyotoku could see the frustration on his face even though he hid it well.

"You both should talk or you should talk to someone." Kyotoku said and Hisashi nodded explaining to him that he's been trying.

"I want to talk, she's the one that just ignores me. Ever since Izuku was born all she has been doing is making him study and study, she's barely letting him have a childhood. I'm glad that she made the top ten list, but now I want my wife back, but all I've been seeing is the Psyren. Psyren in the day, in the night, in the house, and in the bed." The last one made Kyotoku raise his eyebrows.

"I know I'm getting of topic here, but how is Psyren in bed?"

"Rough, dominant, and violent." Hisashi complained and his best friend made a deep whistle. "I know right. I still feel the cuts on chest." Hisashi went on, but he wasn't done yet.

"And now I'm worried about Izuku, you know how she's been to. Inko's been obsessed with taking the top spot from All Might which his making her spend less time away from me and her son. I'm worried if Inko finds out about Izuku quirk she will begin to push him even more." Hisashi said worriedly and Kyotoku saw the worries on his face.

"I honestly don't know what to tell you. I would say leave till Inko gets her priorities straight, but we both know that will piss her off and I don't want to see your face on the morning news with the caption saying "Local husband killed". Right now though just try to talk to her and if you need anything Mika and I will help out also." Kyotoku said and Hisashi patted his back.

"Thanks man, what would I do without you." Kyotoku smirked when he heard that and decided to play with his best friend.

"You probably be jobless and smoking weed right now." The men laughed at as they saw that their two children were waiting for them to come. Both men grew up together and were inseparable when they became friends. They both share of love of music and trouble when they were kids. As adults now both men have become fathers and have been co-managers at their music store.

"Thanks man again and I will take your advice." Hisashi said as Kyotoku went to the driver seat and black haired adult male hanged back. 'We could can work this out. Yeah, we going to be alright.' Hisashi thought as he went to car, unfortunately life can never be that easy.

Next Few years

Hisashi fear did come to life, Inko did found out about her son's quirk and she began training him. Now normal kids would be able to go outside and spent time with other kids. They would have fun, play games, get into trouble, kid shit. Izuku though was not normal and Inko put her four old son through training that would make most men quit. Izuku would throw up and be bruised, but he pushed throw it all cause he wanted to make his mother proud or because he was to scared to do anything.

Hisashi saw this as child abuse and wanted this to end immediately. He would try to talk to Inko but she would always ignore him telling him that Izuku needs this to become strong. The arguments would be everyday, every minute, and on every hour. Izuku would hear them yelling at each other in their room and the poor boy would cover his ears because he didn't want to hear his mommy and daddy fight.

The boy would try to get past everything that was happening in his family and think about the only light in his life which was his best friend, Kyoka. Unfortunately that light would move away to a new town.

Kyoka mother, Mika Jiro, got a new promotion and they the new position required them to move to the States. Izuku and Kyoka were both devastated when they found out and the two children didn't want to leave each other. The parents with sadden hearts had to separate them and Izuku made a promise to Kyoka that they will see each other again when they become heroes. Kyotoku would give the store to Hisashi and the man promised him that he would always look after the shop.

As time passed Izuku got life more miserable. His parents continued their arguments and in the last one Izuku heard things said and he knows that his his parents should not be say. That last argument was the final straw for Hisashi and he gave up, the man could not take it anymore and he did the one thing that he truly didn't want to do. He filed for a divorce.

Inko accepted quickly proving more to Hisashi that his wife was gone and the last battle they had was for the custody of their son. Hisashi would not let Izuku go with Inko knowing the boy would never have a childhood and Inko wanted Izuku to continue his training. The judge was stuck between the two and decided to let Izuku make the decision. Inko expected her son to chose her, but she was truly surprised when her son, her creation, her flesh and blood chose her now former husband.

Hisashi saw that Inko was hurt and the woman only had herself to blame. When Izuku made his decision the judge finalized it and Inko was now without her husband or her son. The woman left the courtroom without saying goodbye to Hisashi or Izuku, making the boy feel even more worse.

Hisashi and Izuku moved out of the house and was able to find a small apartment to live in. It was stormy night and Izuku was in his new room that was empty, everything had not yet been set up and the boy was sleeping on a mattress.

Izuku tried to sleep, but he couldn't the noise of the rain was one thing and he kept hearing a noise from another room. Izuku got up with his All Might blanket in his tiny hand and headed to the noise. Izuku peeked from the corner to see his father crying.

"Daddy?" Hisashi heard the sound and wiped his eyes.

"Zu, what are you doing up? You should be in bed." Hisashi said as he went over to Izuku to pick him up and take him back to his bed.

"Why are you crying daddy?" Hisashi smiled knowing his son was worried about him, Izuku was always worried about everyone but himself.

"Daddy will be alright Zu, now come on let's get you to bed." Hisashi took Izuku back to his new room and laid him on the mattress.

"Don't cry daddy, I promise that I will be strong and help you. I will be a hero and make sure that everyone has smiles, like All Might." Hisashi laughed at his son mimicking All Might smile.

"I know you will, Izuku. Now go to sleep." Hisashi pulled the covers up and Izuku fell asleep. Hisashi then went back into the empty room and leaned on the wall.

"We're going to be alright. Izuku and I, we're going to be alright. I can't give up and I damn sure won't. I promise you Izuku you're going to be a hero." Hisashi said determined as he looked up at the ceiling and made the promise to help his son become a great hero. This is the start of the incredible story of Izuku Midoriya. The successor to All Might, the son of Psyren, and the Symbol of Peace. This is the story of Z.
