Edward is sitting at the dining room table, clutching a pencil and working on a new composition. Every now and then he would be distracted by a giggle floating down from Alice's room, where she and Bella were having "girl time", whatever that is. He tried to read Alice's mind to see what they were doing, but all he could hear was the Finnish Nation anthem being translated into Latin and every now and then she would think about some TV show called "Jersey Shore". Stupid girl time, keeping him from Bella.
He pouted, and began another staff of music. Suddenly he heard footsteps coming down the stairs. His head snapped up, and he was paralyzed with what he saw.
I t was Bella, but at the same time not Bella. Her skin was tinged orange from a bad spray tan and her hair was streaked with several peroxide blonde highlights and teased into a massive bump. She was wearing a bikini top with a short beach dress over it and overly high wedge sandals. She opened her overly plumped lips and said,
"We be fist pumping like champs, EddyBoy!" and began to fist pump.
Edward fell out of his chair and passed out cold.
