It was your ordinary Christmas Day and Naruto Uzumaki was in front of the tree,thinking about the same thing over and over again and again for the first time since the break up with "The Only One ".

Sakura...why...why did you leave...

He knew EXACTLY why she left!Why does he put himself through this?

A few weeks ago,Naruto and Sakura were the best thing on were jealous of them all the time!Everyday they were together. You couldn't tear them apart (even if you want to).

Just then,one day,Sakura said,"Naruto,I can't do this anymore."

Naruto asked,"What?What can't you do?"

Sakura let go of his hand and said,"Us!I can't deal with us anymore!"

Naruto said,"WHAT?! I love you so much! You make me happy and you know that! What happened to you? What's up,baby?"

"Naruto... I think I like someone else..."

"Love someone else?Let me guess...it's Sasuke,isn't it?"

She had the nerve to nod her head!Naruto didn't show no emotion at all!He just stood there,speechless.

"Naruto..."

Nothing happened.

"Naruto...are you okay?"

"Just leave me alone..."

Sakura's big greenish-blue eyes swelled up and ran away from him.

Sakura...why the hell did you leave me like that?! I loved you first!What did Sasuke do for you?

Naruto went to the kitchen to get some matches so he can burn down the tree when someone knocked on the door.

Naruto went to the door,yelling,"Sakura,if it's you, you can forget about apologizing!Cause I am..."

It was Shikamaru Nara,his best smoothed out his short black hair and said,"Okay...well I'm not Sakura...sorry..."

Naruto just stood there and slapped himself in the forehead.

"Look...I've heard of the breakup... I feel so bad for you but you have to get over her,man!Like goddamn!"

"I can't,man!It's too complicated,Shikamaru. You wouldn't understand..."

"Yea...I guess I wouldn't understand...but this is unhealthy!"

"What do you know about relationships,Shikamaru?!Nothing! You were the one who let Ino get away when you had the chance to get her!"

That stung Shikamaru.

Naruto just looked at him."I didn't..."

Shikamaru grabbed Naruto by his shirt sleeve and dragged him downstairs.

"Where the hell are we going,Shikamaru?!"

"To Sakura's house so you can see that she's happy and for you to freakin' move on!"

Naruto went over to Sakura's house,but she wasn't even there!

"See?She's not even here!Let's go!"

Shikamaru said,"Nope!She's probably at Sasuke's house!Let's go."

"Do we have to?"

"Naruto..."

"Alright..."

As they went to Sasuke's house,they hid in the bushes as they saw them in the front porch,holding hands.

"See?She's happy with Sasuke!Can we go home now?"

"Not until she picks me over him!"

"NARUTO!"

Naruto ran toward them and punched Sasuke's face.

"Naruto,what the hell?!"

"Sakura,I can change!Please come back to me and my house!"

"Face it,Naruto!She'll always be with me!",said Sasuke with a smug look on his face.

"This is so fucking stupid!",mumbled Shikamaru.

"Naruto,",said Sakura."I love you, but Sasuke is good to me...I'm so sorry..."

Naruto stares down to the ground and tries to walk away.

Shikamaru lays a hand on Naruto's shoulder but he shrugs it away.

"Fine...Sasuke wins...I hope you're happy..."

Sakura stares at Naruto and hugs him.

Naruto hugs her back and puts his face in her pink chopped hair.

Sakura walks back towards Sasuke,holds his hand and turns to wave at Naruto and Shikamaru then they leave.

"Shikamaru...let's go back to my place..."

"Sure man."

They left.

Naruto lays on top of his bed with his face staring at the ceiling while Shikamaru stares out the window to see the snow fall.

"What did I tell you,Naruto?"

"Shut up!You told me so!I GET IT!"

Shikamaru turns to bash Naruto.

"Don't...yell...at...me!"

Naruto stiffens.

"Sorry..."

"It's okay..."

They bro-hugged it out.

Shikamaru asks,"What now?"

Naruto thinks and says,"Don't know man...I'll figure it out."

Naruto smiles at his friend.

Shikamaru softens up and smiles back.
