Inspired by the FanFic100 Challenge, Number 14 – Green
Dean reaches into the 2lb. bag of peanut M&Ms, letting the green ones drop between his fingers. He tosses the candy into his mouth, crunching loudly.
Sam shoots him a glare and he passes the bag over. Sam peers inside. "Dean, there's only green ones in here."
"And?"
"You know what they say about the green ones, don't you?"
Dean suppresses a grin. Sure do, he thinks. "Dude, what are you, twelve?"
"I just figure that you, of all people, would want to eat the green ones," laughs Sam.
Dean sighs audibly, feigning frustration. It is for that reason I am not eating them, he thinks, turning on the stereo. I need no help in that department.
Author's comment: Just in case it's not clear from the story, the common urban legend is that the green ones make you horny
