Iggy's POV
As the erasers dragged my cage, it scrapped acrossed the ground making an spine shivering screech. I looked over at Max, she looked scared enough for the both of us. I sent her a crooked smile trying to assure her everything was going to be okay, But we both knew it wasn't going to be.
One of the scientist looked from me, back over to the security monitor. He sighed as he typed in a few numbers and letters, muttering something about a conspiracy.
When the doors came unlocked the smell of acids and rubber gloves filled the air around me. I gulped taking one last look at Max.
No matter what happened in here I wasn't going to leave Max. I couldn't no matter how hard I tried. I was going to come out of these doors the same way I came in. Loving Max.
The erasers began moving the crate through the doors, I blew Max a kiss and disappeared into the back room.
Max's POV
I was holding back my tears and trying to look as strong as possible for Iggy, but when the doors closed behind his crate, I threw my head into my knees and just cried. And I kept crying. Would I ever stop?
It's been hours, Where is Iggy? I hope everythings okay. I thought drifting off into unconciousness.
Iggy's POV
I was set in a room, the lights were off so I couldn't see if anyone was in the room with me or not.
"Hello, James," Jeb said turning on the light and stepping out of the darkness.
"It's Iggy," I muttered eyeing him. He just shook his head and laughed, walking over and opening a drawer taking a green-ish needle. My eyes widened as he slowly walked over to me. Fiddling with the needle in his hand.
"I want to make you a deal," He said "Iggy, other scientist and I see the way you look at Max, and we have a plan that may benefit both of us."
"I'm listening," I said.
"We want to pretend to make you blind, fake the illness, so Max will want to take care of you more then the others, which will give us the advantage over her and the others." Jeb explained.
I sighed, It would give me the chance i've been looking for to get closer to Max. I nodded in silence. At that point Jeb had taken the needle he was holding and jabbed it into my arm, injecting the green liquid into me.
"This will make your eyes appear glassed over, Like a blind person, but you will see perfectly fine." Jeb explained as more scientist came in with the contract agreements.
At the bottom I signed my name. Jeb smiled, and that's when it all began.
The Iggy Conspiracy.
