our story begins when Ash Misty Brock May Max and Pikachu were with their friend Duplica to go to the beach in their swim suits they were followed by Team Rocket agents Jessy James and Meowth which they recieved a call from their boss Giovanni saying that he was sick of their faliures in not getting rare pokemon but he gave them last chance until Team Rocket was joined by Moliarty one of Darkwing Ducks enemies first thing that happened was May and her brother Max were taking a shower at the pokemon center when Moliarty came and tied them up May and Max as they were about to change clothes then Misty and Duplica also were taking a bath at the Pokemon center when the girls were about to dressed out of their swim suits Moliarty tied up Misty and Duplica and took them to the Team Rocket flying fortress were Brock May and her brother Max were locked up in a cell Ash and Pikachu were taking a bath in the lake after playing at the beach for 5 hours then Moliarty Jessy James and Meowth came and tied up Pikachu and Ash and threw them into a Moewth shaped Balloon and went to the flying fortress when they were about to leave a cloaked figure fired his Gas Gun thus popping the balloon Ash and Pikachu were fell th the ground the cloaked figure placed them down on the ground then the cloaked figure fired a bomb catridge with glue Moliarty and Jessy Grabbed it then it blew up along with their balloon and Team Rocket and Moliarty were blasted out of sight Ash and Pikachu said to the cloaked figure thanks who ever you are then the cloaked figure said you are welcome he revealed his identity to be Darkwing Duck you're Darkwing Duck I was there the day you defeated Taurus Bulba but who is Moliarty ?
after Darkwing told Ash and Pikachu who Moliarty was they drove in the Rat Catcher to Pallet town in hopes of coming up with a plan to save Misty and the others Ash wanted to go alone after the villains but Darkwing said this is a trap I got an even better plan let's go !
they took the Rat Catcher to go after Misty and the others meanwhile in the flying fortress Jessy James Meowth and Moliarty were about to destroy the brats when James heard an alarm and an explosion in the other room of the fortress Misty was glad enough to see Ash was here to save them right on time said Jessy then Darkwing came in the fortress too Ash said to his friends that I brought along a friend bet you never glad to see me again Darkwing said to Jessy Moliarty was angry not you again !
Darkwing Duck was fighting Arbok Weezing Jessy James Meowth and Moliarty Ash used Charizard to burn open the bars Misty May and Her brother Max escaped the cell and went to help Darkwing Duck to defeat the villains Moliarty and James were angry they activated the self destruct sequence on the controls order to destrory Darkwing May Misty Brock Ash Max and Pikachu along with the villains when the just as the computer said selfdestruct sequence in 10 seconds Darkwing took Ash and Pikachu drove out of the flying fortress in the Rat Catcher while Brock Misty Duplica May and Max rode on Charizard "s back and escaped Darkwing left a going away present for Moliarty Jessy James and Meowth a big bomb and the exit doors glued shut then when every one escaped unharmed Team Rocket was blasted out of existence while Moliarty died in the explosion Darkwing Duck Duplica Misty Brock May Ash Max and Pikachu decided to go have lunch at the pokemon center Duplica asked Darkwing Duck How did you know we were in trouble ? Darkwing answered Ash and Pikachu send a destress signal Can't you stay with us May asked and Darkwing Duck answered not for too long I am needed in St Canard so Misty Duplica May and Pikachu kissed Darkwing Duck in the beak
