Prologue - Gateway to Oblivion
A creature made entirely of darkness swooped around the white and black nothingness that was Oblivion. He had two glowing red eyes and the rest of his body could change shape at any time he wanted. He could also use any attack he wanted, at least the ones he knew. The peasants of the old times, when Pokémopolis was still around, had many colorful terms for him. The Dark One, The God of Evil, Lord of the Dead, The Unclean Spirit, Shinigami, and many others. His real name though, was Armageddon, or Apocalypse. He was called both. Armageddon ruled over Oblivion and all servants of darkness. But he had long since been forgotten. He was the first Pokémon, and his first child, Missing No. was the only one of his kind that still walked Earth. "DAMN YOU CELEBI!" he screamed out. His minions shuddered in fear but kept doing what they were doing. Celebi, the fairy Pokémon of time had trapped him in Oblivion and closed the gateway for eternity. But now there was a disturbance and the gateway would be weak enough in a week to send out his minions. They would then destroy the gateway and he would once again be free. That was his dream. Apocalypse ruled the world before Celebi defeated him. He had owned all Pokémon, but then humans came. Some Pokémon switched to their side, and that's when he let loose 2 Pokémon. A giant Gengar, and a giant Alakazam. They had left Pokémopolis in ruins until HE arrived. His named had been Ash Ketchum, the ancestor of nowadays' Ash Ketchum. Ash had gotten Celebi and created a Jigglypuff, which defeated his two super-Pokémon. Then he and Celebi had worked together to defeat him. And he was sentenced to Oblivion for 20,000 years. Sure he had caused some bad stuff. He was the one who had turned Giovanni evil, along with Gelardan. He played the part in two of the most horrifying stories in the real world. He had made small differences, but that was all he was able to do from inside Oblivion. But each and every time, the current days' Ash Ketchum had foiled his plans. And he had done it without Celebi! But then again he did have Celebi, Ash Ketchum was now holding the GS Ball, the holder of the Pokémon of Time. It had always been contended that Celebi and he had been made at the same time, which was actually true. But he was still considered the first Pokémon. No one knew why. "Once I am free I shall end the Universe forcing all humans and Pokémon into Oblivion!" he cackled, "As the White Star in the center of the Universe exploded creating the Universe, I shall feed my power into the Black Hole that is now there and the Universe shall collapse! But then again, first I'll have some fun on Earth…"
