My son..
Oh, I see the change.
She makes him happy..
She doesn't care if we aren't human.
She loves us all.
Emmet, Alice, Jasper, even Rosalie.
Charlile and I.
And she loves Edward..
She really loves Edward.
I can see it in her eyes.
She is so brave.
To love vampires.
I don't mind that she's different.
And I know she doesn't understand.
She doesn't know why.
But she didn't know him, before he met her.
He wasn't happy.
He was alone.
He didn't even know he wasn't happy.
He didn't notice the change,
But I really did.
His eyes turned bright.
His smiles were more real.
She was his light.
The light in the darkness.
His world was dark.
He lived in the night, like a real vampire.
Living, and moving through the never ending days; but not really living happily.
And now I see his smile, now.
More lifelike.
And he is even more beautiful than he ever was.
He is so much happier now..
But Bella didn't understand.
I love my family.
And she was with Edward, human or not.
She was family, I don't care.
I love my family.
I love Bella.
I love them all.
But Bella is special.
Because she saved Edward.
And I will never be able to thank her enough.
