Hello again! I had so many nice reviews for my other story and I'd like to say thank you to those who commented on/added my story. I've decided to have another go. Not sure where I got the idea for this, it just came to me. Hope you like it.

TRANQUILITY
The stars were breathtaking up close. He had never studied them in detail before. The way they sparkled in the night sky. Guiding a path amongst the clouds. He had passed many constellations on his journey, but this was by far the best. The most beautiful thing he had ever seen. The most magical. He couldn't take his eyes off of them they were so hypnotic. He wanted to reach out and touch them but he couldn't. He just continued to float amongst the clouds, feeling their silky softness between his fingertips. His whole body completely weightless.
The agent hadn't a care in the world. All the pain he had suffered. All the heartbreak he had endured through his life. Any anger he had ever felt. They had left his body. All the scars, both mental and physical had disappeared. All the dark memories of UnSubs and tragic victims they couldn't save had simply vanished, as though a filter had been installed to keep his mind pure and free. Letting him just float around the night sky. His mind was full of hope and positivity. The good memories he had in his life. Those rare cases where everyone was ok. The times when they caught the UnSub before he could do any harm. The happier memories of his friends and family. The birthdays. Thanksgiving. His first feeling of true love. Of pure happiness. Those precious moments he liked to relive whenever he felt bad. The good times they had at the BAU. Nothing else was important but those memories. The ones you want to hang onto forever. He was the happiest he had ever felt and wanted to stay this way forever. Floating amongst the night sky…
