What if?

Hey guys! Please don't kill me for not uploading anything. I was travelling. And I didn't have any unique ideas. And my laptop broke down for no apparent reason. Anyways, I had this brilliant idea right before my tennis coaching...and I tried to type it out but my mommy came scolded me. *pouts* BTW, this fic is after The Last Olympian. Enjoy!

What if Luke hadn't turned good at the last moment? What if Percy hadn't survived this? What if Poseidon hadn't joined in getting rid of Typhon? What if...?

Annabeth groaned in frustration. She had been getting all sorts of weird questions in her head after the Titan War. Those questions were certainly worth giving time to but after pondering over them for a sleepless night, Annabeth had given up. And Annabeth NEVER gives up. These questions were never going to be answered and should be forgotten by now but her mind had decided to let them stay there. No matter how hard Annabeth tried to get those stupid questions out of her mind, they would still be there. They were like annoying cousins who you couldn't get rid of.

"Annabeth!"

Annabeth snapped out of her thoughts. She opened the door of the Athena cabin to reveal her boyfriend, Percy Jackson.

"Hi Percy."

"Why so glum, chum?" Percy asked (A/N: That's my line. Humph!)

"I...have just had a lot on my mind lately." Annabeth answered.

"What exactly did you have in mind?"

"Just some questions..."

Percy raised one of his eyebrows in disbelief. Annabeth sighed.

"I just can't help wondering that...what if you had been hit by that poison blade? What if Luke hadn't changed back to himself? What if -" Annabeth blurted.

"Hey. Calm down." Percy interrupted

"I can't Percy. What if these things actually happened?"

"Look, I completely agree that it would be horrible if these things happened. I mean what would you do without me -" This earned him a smack of the head "But these things didn't happen for a reason, Annabeth." And with that he placed a sweet kiss on her lips.

And all those "what ifs" vanished behind that kiss.

Okay...so that just happened. It is a short and stupid fic. But nice reviews make me happy and that makes the fics a little cuter. * angel face* Please ignore any stupid mistakes you find 'cause you know what? I just came back after a very long and tiring tennis coaching and this was the first time I am using my iPad for uploading a fic.
