"I love you." He said, as I was walking out of the elevator.
I stopped walking. Turning to him, I saw a half smile. He never said he loved me before, but I felt...like I was flying, almost.
I had loved him for a long time. Whenever I saw him I was happy. He made me whole.
"I love you, too." I smiled. We had just broken up, but I knew I couldn't fight my feelings for him. Even though we loved each other, we broke up because we had almost nothing in common. We agreed that if one of us becomes more normal, or, in my case, ABnormal, we would date again.
I walked closer to him. Before I knew it I was kissing him. I stopped, looking at him.
He pulled out his phone and read the time. "It's only 10:30."
I wanted to spend more time with him then now. "Want to break up at midnight?" I smiled.
He looked around. "That sounds good."
Both smiling, we got into the elevator again. I pushed the down button, and I kissed him again.
I didn't care where we were going. I just wanted to be with him.
