Cahpter 1 Dreams Come True
After the most enchanting summer of her life, after Rebekah Longacre's death, and after Ethan Longacre had told her he loved her and promised her that they would be together someway, somehow, Leah Lewis-Hall had to return to her home in Indianapolis, Indiana, no matter how reluctant she was.Which believe me she was.
Surprisingly, Ethan had kept his promise and visited Leak every weekend, wether his family approved or not.
On December 22nd, exactly two years after they had met, Leah and Ethan were curled up by the fire at Leah's house, when out of nowhere, Ethan got down on one knee and proposed to her at exactly 10:21 pm. Of course Leah said yes!
Leah rushed to call her all of her friends, her mother and Neil, and everybody else she could possibly think of. In fact when she called her friend, Amanda, her mind was so blown away by the proposal that she forgot what she had called for, but her heart skipped a beat and she instantly remembered why she had called.
Leah's dreams were finally coming true, but how was she to go about the fact that she was English and Ethan was Amish?
