A.N. This is my entry to the "staying up all night competition. I hope you enjoy it.

Ron Weasley was standing in the cold for candy. He had been, along with some people who were fans of him and his friends, waiting all night.

It was the day that the company who made the chocolate frog cards finally released what they called the 'Golden Trio' cards; in other words Ron Hermione and Harry.

It was interesting that the store had decided to have the new cards in all of the chocolate frogs, but only until the stock ran out. So naturally people started waiting outside before the store opened to ensure they got their hero's card. Ron Weasley couldn't wait to see his, his best friend, and his wife's name on those cards.

None of the people in line had noticed one of the three, and for that he was grateful. In the years after the battle he had learned why Harry had hated being famous. Many weird rumors had appeared in various gossip magazines.

Before they're wedding there had been one that Hermione was pregnant and that was why they were getting married. It was completely untrue of course but it was still upsetting. Hermione had been on a rampage for a few days trying to find out who had said something so horrendous. Turns out it was some nobody who thought it would be fun to cause some trouble for the couple. He chuckled at the memory of the look on Hermione's face when she "talked" to the guy.

He was almost at the front of the line. He had asked Hermione to join him but she said there was no way she was standing out in the cold for some candy. It was Harry's anniversary so he couldn't come. The store doors finally opened and let all the people in to get the cards.

He quickly picked up a few from each of the three piles. After he paid for the candy he decided to watch the piles of candy being bought. At first he thought that it might be bad, it might hurt his feelings. But his curiosity overweighed his common sense.

To his surprise the pile of Ron Weasley cards were disappearing the fastest. Some fans of his noticed him beside the piles and asked him for his autograph. He was used to Harry getting this kind of attention. It had never been him in the spotlight. Even the occasional thing to spring up was nothing compared to what was written about Harry.

He used to have a problem with that, back in fourth year he had been so jealous he couldn't believe the truth until his friend attacked by a dragon. But those days were long behind him. It was so ironic that only after he had come to terms with this fact would he get the kind of attention he used to crave.

He waited for a few minutes until only one was left on the 'Ron' table. Then he left, smiling to himself.

The next day there was a small article in the newspaper about candy sales. The article said that Ron Weasley had sold out last.

"I'm sorry honey," Hermione had said after seeing it. She always thought he was sensitive about things like this. She had since he had told her about the locket.

He just smiled. Knowing that his might have sold out last, but his fans were the ones waiting in the cold all night.

A.N. I read somewhere that J.K. Rowling said that Ron thinks his greatest achievement is getting a chocolate frog card. I got Ron and thought this would be something he would do. Review please, and tell me if you agree.
