"I have to WHAT!" The dirty-blond Nobody near yelled at Saïx. "You're sending the wrong guy! He'll DESTROY me! Why not send Xigbar or Luxord!"

"Demyx, this is your mission, whether you 'want' it or not. Do not cling to your memories of emotions."

"But I…" The musician sighed. "Alright, fine. It was nice knowing you, Saïx." I hope you fade painfully. Demyx turned glancing at what remained of the Organization. It was really pitiful, five dead, two traitors lowered their number to six, five soon if his hunch was right.

A hand landed softly on his shoulder. He looked into the fakely concerned eyes of Xigbar, not even willing to force a smile. "I probably won't be coming back, you know. And because of that, Xiggy, I thought you should know… I've done some research. Thank you so much for being such a large part of what landed us all here. You too, Xaldin."

He grinned bitterly at their surprised faces before nodding slightly to Luxord. "See ya never." He portaled out, going to face Sora for what he knew would be his last battle. His surroundings quickly changed from grey to blue and green, Keyblade wielder and friends in front of him. He froze for a second, at a loss, and then grinned. "Hey, you guys are looking lively."

….

Aww, Demyx… I like to think he's far deeper than he appears… Like many other people, obviously…
