Er, I don't feel so good, thought Mikan, as she patted her stomach, sitting down on the seat of the bus. She had eaten toast with yogurt (A/N: although it sounds disgusting, its actually good, just discovered it today!) and drank some apple juice before heading to school. Why do I have to always eat the wrong ends? She thought.
So there she was sitting on the bus, slumped and stretching her legs, resting her stomach from her tight jeans, trying to hold on to her gut. Mikan sighed, she knew this wasn't going to be pretty this morning and she also knew she wasn't going to last the whole ride. The bus lurched to a stop, and Mikan's thoughts became further ahead to the future.
She could see herself on the same bus, still going to school but this time she was slumped, lying down on the seat, pregnant. She wondered how long she could hold her gut from here to school. It didn't last long until her taste buds became bitter and she felt like she was going to throw up. Ugh, she thought, I don't feel so good.
She tried closing her eyes and breathing out the steps to giving birth. In with the good air, out with the bad air, in out, in out.
Suddenly, she felt an icy stare above her, and a shadow loomed over her. (A/N: Ironic, isn't it?)
"Yo."
Natsume, she thought, rolling her eyes.
Natsume raised a brow, peering down at the slumped form of Mikan Sakura, "What's wrong with you?"
Mikan twitched, looking up at Natsume, she said, "I think my water broke."
Natsume eyes widened and he swiftly stood over, "What!"
Mikan shrugged as the bus turned into the school's parking lot, "It's no big deal."
"How can you say that?" Natsume says, and then shouts at the stupid bus driver to stop the bus.
Everyone looks up from what they're doing and quiets down. Hush whispers begins.
Natsume glares at them. The door opens to the bus and Mikan weaves her way through, still breathing in and out. Natsume tries to catch up but Mikan rushes down the hall and out of sight.
Mikan runs in the bathroom, sits on the toilet and lets out a sigh of relief. She flushes and cleans herself before walking out the door. She heads towards her class and finds a loud commotion.
What's going on? She thought, walking through the door, "Good---?"
Three doctors walk through the doors and ask aloud who the patient in need was.
Everyone's head turns to the caller. Natsume.
"Young man is this some sick joke?" they asked the frantic Natsume.
Natsume looks at Mikan, eyes half widened at the fact that Mikan's sheepishly grinning and waving shyly. Natsume's eye twitched.
Yeah, she thought, just some sick joke.

Some little heads up through out the story:
When Mikan walked out the bathroom and into her classroom and finds out what the commotion was really about. Mikan's face turns bright red. Natsume called 911 because he thought Mikan was pregnant and that her water actually broke. Lolz. She forgot to mention to Natsume that she was kidding about what she said earlier but didn't get the chance to. What a sick joke.
