Dear Diary...
Today, after I flew to my tree, I saw someone there! At first I asked what he was thinking, but he said that the place was beautiful, and he came down every few days. His names' Scorpius Malfoy, and i've heard Daddy say things to Mummy about his Dad. But he said he was mean, and Scorpius seems nice. I don't know if he'll be there, but we agreed to meet tomorrow at 3 o'clock. I hope he comes!

Scorpius was there! I got there early, and was sitting by the creek, when he came up behind me without me noticing, and he tapped me on my shoulder and then pretended it wasnt him. He's really funny! And nice! He said his Dad was away for work, and so he can come down almost every day! He has no brothers or sisters, or even cousins! He must get very lonely. He's also older than me by a day, so his birthday is in about a month.

Today Mummy asked me why I always go down to the tree, and I told her I have a friend there. I think she thinks my friend is imaginary. But Scorpius and me talk a lot, and we have flying races, and he said he is lonely, but when hes with me hes not. When he told me that, I hugged him, but he said he wasn't used to hugs. How can you not be used to hugs?

Today Scorpius and me were climbing the tree, and then he asked me if I liked my family. I said yes, but I don't see how you cant like your family? Scorpius has a wiggly tooth, and its not fair. I want to lose my tooth before him! But hes older, so he'll win. Its not fair.

My tooth is wiggly as well! Today I took some of Nanna Mollys bread and cookies with me, and we had a picnic. He said he'd never had a picnic before. He seems to have missed out on so many fun things! I think theres something wrong with his family, because he never talks about them.

When I got to the tree today, Scorpius had some rope and a piece of wood. He said we could make a swing! So I climbed the tree and tied the ropes on, and he tied them at the bottom. We couldn't decide who should get the first turn, so we had a race, who could get on first form the other side of the tree. We got there at the same time, and so we both tried to swing, but I fell off. He jumped off and asked me if I was ok, and so I jumped on the swing and laughed at him. He laughed, and we took turns.

He didn't come today, so i was really bored. I swung on the swing for a while, and then I decided to climb the tree, but it wasn't fun like it used to be. It's not fun without Scorpius!
