Okay so this is my first fic and im prolly shitty as fuck but please bare with me so yea please read this and leave a review!
Prolog
"SARGENT MATHEWS! I TOLD YOU LEAVE ME HERE!" Why the fuck wont he leave he's gonna get himself killed! "AND I'VE TOLD YOU,MAJOR CORTEZ…WE LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND!" He said it with so much venom in his voice that I was almost afraid...almost. "I just want to tell you ,Mathews…"I trailed off no knowing how I was going to tell him this. "yeah?" I swallowed the fear rising in me. I was never afraid so why was I now? "If we don't get out alive I just wanted to tell you that…I love you Adam" He smiled at me "I love you to Chloe." And then everything seemed go in slow motion. A grenade flew over our heads and landed a few yards from us. All noise seemed to melt away. I couldn't hear the screams of all my men that were dying not the explosions…nothing at all. "HIT THE DECK!" Adams voice snapped me out of my daze and I dived covering my head right as it went off.
