A/N: This is my first Naru/Hina oneshot fan fiction that im writing, and it's set at the end of Neji's and Hinata's fight in the Chuunin Prelims.
Feelings Uncovered
A Stirke to the heart was all that it took the Indigo haired, lavender pupil less eyed girl staggered backwards trying to keep her her balance while the black haired boy with the same eyes walked away. Slowly he turned around and said "There is no need to suffer anymore...Let it go."
"That's not true Neji-nii-san, because I can see it's not me at all." Taking a deep breath she carried on.
"The person lost and suffering within the destiny of the main and branch houses. Is you."
As soon as she said those word's Neji snapped and charged towards Hinata ready to kill her only to be stopped by the Kakashi, Gai, Kurenai and Genma. Gai was just about to say something to Neji when Naruto jumped down from the side lines with the look in his eyes that said 'I dare you to get in my way!' and he ran over to Hinata and knelt down beside her took Hinata's hand and gave it a quick squeeze, suddenly Neji said "Hey, the loser over there."
Naruto looked around towards Neji.
"In the end a loser is a loser that can't be changed." Neji continued.
Looking back at Hinata he lifted his hand to her face and cupped her cheek. Suddenly he got up and whispered "Why."
"Why would you try to kill the one with the purest heart." Said Naruto his voice gradually rising along with his anger.
"Because she is from the Main branch, she is spoilt and she is weak." Replied Neji smirking.
"Your wrong she isn't weak, she's stronger than most of the genin's in this room." Naruto said slowly turning around facing Neji with his eyes closed.
"Oh, and who might they be?" Asked Neji looking a little curious.
"Gaara, Lee-san and Me." Said Naruto.
"You are dead-last Naruto you could never be as strong as anyone in here, you only won against kiba because you got lucky." Replied Neji as the jounin's relaxed their grip on him.
"Well then how about we prove that then shall we Neji-teme?" Asked Naruto
"We Shall, I challenge you to a duel of Hyuuga blood, Here and Now." Said Neji shocking all of the jouninsa around.
"Hokage-sama? Can't we do anything?" Asked Kakashi.
"Sorry Kakashi but this is between Naruto-kun and Neji now" Replied the Hokage
Hearing that the jounin's started to make there way back to the side lines leaving the arena for Neji and Naruto, just as the medic nin's were coming to get Hinata, red chakra started to coat Naruto taking a fox like form down to the tail, which was now connected with Hinata's heart bringing her back to a heal state.
