There he sat, a small looking boy in nothing but his boxers. His dark brown hair hanging over his pale shallow looking face. His once sparkling brown eyes now a dull color staring at the wall in front of him. The rusty chains that bound him to the basements wall around his scrapped up ankles. He hadn't seen the light in god knows how many months. He hasn't eaten for 2 weeks. The pain he feels inside him is so un bearable. The boy moved back as far as he could into the corner of the wall. Footsteps came booming from the first floor. The boy trembled with fear. The basement door slammed open, the footsteps getting louder and louder with each step down the creaking old doors. The Man turned his head in the direction of the boy. The little light bouncing off the rusty old chain. The man walked toward him, every step he is taking is louder and louder. The boy tries to stay as small as possible hiding his face into his scrawny legs.
"Don't try and hide boy." The man said, the light from the first floor shinning down on half of his pale face. His voice sneering. The boy coward back more the chains rattling as he shook with fear. The man took the boy by the throat and pulled him up, slamming his back against the hard wall. The boy let out a small sound of pain, tears falling down his scared face.
The man scoffed at him and threw him back onto the ground and went back up the stairs shaking his head.
"weak." He muttered under his breath. The boy crawled back over into the corner and laid there shaking tears soaking his face. There was blood dripping down the boys back onto the cold hard ground. He started to feel light headed. He closed his eyes and drifted off into a sleep of unconsciousness.
When the boy awoke he looked around, pain shot down his body. He lightly pulled on the chains with what strength he had left. Those oh so familiar sounding of footsteps came marching down the basement stairs yet again. But this time. The guy walked over to him and knelt down in front of the shaking boy.
"Hey. Are you ok Frankie?" the man asked nicely. Frank was shocked he hadn't talked in so long he just looked down not meeting the man's eyes. The guy sighed and un hooked Franks bonds. Frank looked at his ankles seeing as they were free.
"come." The man said motioning with his hands as he stood.
Frank looked at the man and stood up slowly. His legs shaking. The man took Frank's shoulder gripping it and led him up the stairs. Frank looked around confused. The man put Frank onto the couch, Franks eyes widen fear over taking his body.
"Hello Frank. My name is Gerard. I am going to help you." Gerard said. Frank nodded slowly still afraid.
"I am not going to hurt you frank. I promise." Gerard said Frank looking down. Once again frank nodded.
Gerard frowned and sat next to frank.
