Definition of a cinquain (in case you don't know): A five line poem. The format is as follows:
line 1: a noun (also the title)
line 2: two adjectives describing the noun
line 3: three -ing verbs that have to do with the noun
line 4: a four word phrase about the noun
line 5: a synonym for the noun
Quite simple, really. These are one of my favorite types of poems.
