Disclaimor- Maybe i didn't spell that right. Anyway, i just wanted to write something that wasn't
a romance. Ya know, break out of the routine? I just did this for fun. Let loose and get away from
sappy stuff, even though i LOVE it! lol* I just published my 2nd story Keep A Secret
(sequal to Moving On). This is just a joke. Don't sure me please! Hope you enjoy! review!
The Weirdest Date Of All
Jamie had asked Caitie on a date. They decided to eat at a little Italian place, on the corner
of Freedman Street and Dimarzo Avenue. Caitie arrived where a red dress, down to her calves and
her hair was up in a clip with little peices hanging in her face. Jamie wore a sports jacket
looking nice and very sharp.
Jamie ordered lasagna and Caitie got spaghetti. They were just starting to eat when the
trouble began.
"I'm glad you asked me out Jamie. I'd hoped you would." Caitie smiled.
"Yeah. Like the place I picked?" Jamie starred at his food.
"It's really nice! I hope all this eating doesn't make me fat. I'm getting a little heavy."
"Just like you were on the eyeliner. I've never seen so much on one girl!" Jamie cried.
"Excuse me? My eyeliner? At least I don't look like I'm going to a wedding." Caitie
retorted, motioning towards his outfit.
"Yeah, well no church would let you in looking like that!" Jamie exclaimed.
"Ugh! You jerk! I can't believe you would say that. My sister Shelly has worn worse!"
"Ahh, Shelly." Jamie sighed.
"What's that supposed to mean?!" Caitie yelped.
"Nothing, I just think Shelly is soooo pretty." Jamie had little hearts in his eyes.
"Hey! What about ME! I'm not ugly."
"No, I'm just saying Shelly is prettier." Jamie explained to the fuming Caitie.
"She has a boyfriend!" Caitie laughed. What a loser! Love sick over someone out of his
league.
"Well, I could take him." Jamie puffed up his chest.
"Yeah right." Caitie rolled her eyes.
"I guess I would just have to bust a cap." Jamie said.
"Ha. Do you even know what that means?"
"No, but I don't need to. It sounds cool."
"Actually, it makes you sound like some wanna-be ghetto fabulous loser!" Caitie laughed.
"I am a ghetto brother." Jamie insisted.
"Sure you are." Caitie smiled. Dork!
"I am. Really! Just yesterday I was in the ghetto with my homies on my bike."
"Yeah and then you woke up." Caitie cried.
"I wasn't dreaming. My dreams are better than that!" Jamie smiled to himself.
"Yeah, why?" Caitie was a little curious.
"Cause Shelly is in them." Jamie said.
"Now we're back to my sister?" Caitie asked.
"Guess so. It's hard to get around her." Jamie was really setting her up.
"Why?" Caitie asked slowly and cautiously.
"Cause her butt is so big! Ghetto Bootie!" Jamie cried out, causing everyone is the place
to stare.
"You're sucha a dork! Do you know how old that saying is?"
"As old as yo mama!" Jamie laughed.
"No, it's even older than that one!" Caitie shouted.
"That saying is not old, it's cool."
"Listen, I'm sick of being here. Laterz." Caitie rose to get up.
"Wait! What if my friends see you walking out on me? I'll be a dork." Jamie cried
thoughtfully.
"Whoa! Too late for that! Nothing would make me want to stay." Caitie ran out.
Then she woke up, having second thoughts about Jamie.
