In Hawk Moth's lair...
"What is this? A former superhero bored of his normal life?" his large circular window opens, ready to create another supervillain. "Now this should help me forget about the failures of my previous akumas."
He stretched out his hand, letting a butterfly land on it, and covers it with dark energy. This process corrupts the butterfly into an akuma.
"Fly away, my little akuma, and give him his super energy back."
Hawk Moth lets the akuma fly away from his lair.
It enters Bob's computer, causing a moth-shaped emblem to appear on his face.
"Anti-Incredible, I am Hawk Moth," the supervillain spoke to him. "Neither the government, nor your family, should stop you from relieving your superhero days. What would Metroville be without superheroes? What would superheroes be without you?"
"I like this deal of yours, Hawk Moth," Bob accepted the deal with an evil smile on his face. "Sign me up!"
Afterwards, black and purple mist appears from his computer to cover his entire body. Once that is done, he now has blue skin and wears his Mr. Incredible costume which is all white with black gloves and boots.
He is now Anti-Incredible.
