"So, you, uh, come here often?" Matt said as he puffed out a cloud of smoke.
No answer.
The redhead fidgeted awkwardly in his seat, glancing away before he gazed back at his lover of choice. "Are you lost? Because, um.. Heaven is a long way from here." He chuckled at the end in an attempt at coolness, before coughing in embarrassment. He then proceeded to go into a coughing fit, guilty of chain smoking.
Scooching closer, he continued. "You're good at being a thief, you know. 'Cause, you just stole my heart."
More silence.
"If I could rearrange the alphabet, I'd put U and I together."
Nothing.
Matt leaned in and whispered dreamily, "Do you have a map? Because, I keep getting lost in your eyes..."
He sighed when he received no response.
"Ignoring me, huh? Well baby, you know, I'm like a rubix cube! The more you play with me, the harder I get~"
Suddenly, the front door opened with a loud slam, the wall shuddering in disagreement when smacked with the door. From the abused door emerged a blond clad in leather, devouring a chocolate bar. Matt froze, wide eyed. Mello, his best friend, halted mid-step at the sight of his red headed friend.
He rolled his eyes. "Dammit Matt, I'm going to have to get rid of that cactus if you keep flirting with it!"
Tears welled in Matt's eyes and he snapped at his friend, "You're just mean and jealous! It's not his fault he can't get hugs!"
"His...?"
"..."
Sorry if it was too short or random. It was inspired by the fact that sometimes when I'm bored, I practice corny pick up lines on my cat, Precious. Usually I use, "Do you come here often?" and, "I can tell you like oranges, because... You're orange."
