Author's Note: This is a direct sequel to the Star Trek: Enterprise Mirror Universe two-parter "In a Mirror, Darkly." This ignores the Glass Empires series of novels, none of which I've read. This also contains some femslash, but nothing too explicit. I'm also new at this, so please feel free to give critique.
Hoshi Sato had established herself Empress of the Terran Empire. After having taken over Terran Starfleet, she had returned to Earth, and had her newly-acquired forces unseat the Emperor, and was coronated Empress Sato I. She was wearing a modified version of her uniform that showed more of her legs and cleavage. As she sat on her throne, Commander Tucker, having left the Defiant, came before her, with T'Pol in a hold.
"Oh, Empress, I have put T'Pol in her original uniform and brought her to you, as you requested," he said a bow. "I had to render her unconscious to get her here.
"Thank you, Commander," Hoshi said with a smile. "Release her."
"But, your Majesty, she cannot be trusted," Tucker protested.
"I am not worried. Now release her," Hoshi commanded.
"Not 24 hours ago, you were nothing more than the Captain's Woman," Tucker said angrily. "You betrayed him when he was to take over and make you his Consort. Because no matter what, you were his whore! And Empress or not, a whore is all you'll ever be!" Angered, Hoshi stood up and walked towards Tucker, holding a knife behind her back.
"Retract that statement at once, Commander, and let T'Pol go, or you will die," Hoshi responded, her words dripping with menace.
"I will release T'Pol, but will not retract my statement," Tucker responded, letting T'Pol's unconscious body slink to the floor. Hoshi walked to Tucker.
"Then you will die," she said, stabbing him in the chest as she did so. "Guards, dispose of the Commander's body," she ordered. "Leave the Vulcan," she continued with a smile. "I have plans for her." As the guards did so, she picked up T'Pol, who was still unconscious, and tied her to the throne by her hands.
