*Ste and Amy decided that Amy will have Leah and Lucas on Leah's actual birthday so Ste has her the day after*

"Hey birthday Princess!" Ste says giving her a massive hug as soon as Amy drops the kids off "And come here my little knight in shining armour" he says hugging Lucas

"Can I have my presents now daddy?"

"In a second sweetie, did you have breakfast?"

"Yes"

"Well are you too full for this?" He says presenting both kids with a mini box of chocolates. "Just have a few for now, don't want you feeling sick"

Leah pops a few sweets in her mouth at once "Can I have my presents now?" She mumbles with chocolate drool going down her chin. Brendan laughs.

"Ok honey here ya go." Ste says passing the first present over to her. He has no idea what any of the presents are except for the few cheap ones that he bought himself.

"A Barbie pony!" She squeals. She opens her other presents and Ste whispers to Brendan.

"That pony was an amazing main gift"

"That's not the main gift, silly, Don't you remember what I said? It's a present for the family"

"But Leah's got no more presents left"

Brendan grins and taps the side of his nose before walking over the cupboard and pulling out a massive box.

"What's this daddy Brendan?"

"It's you're main present sweetie. You're daddy and I knew you'd love it"

Ste smiles at Leah and then looks puzzled at Brendan to which Brendan mouths 'you'll see'

Leah opens the box and finds a load of foam bits. She leans over the top and falls in the box. Brendan just laughs. "What can you find?"

Leah starts rummaging around and pulls something up. "Arm bands?"

"See what else you can find"

After much searching she pulls up another pair of arm bands, 4 snorkels, 4 pairs of flippers and brand new swimming stuff. An underwater camera for Leah and one for Ste and Brendan.

"Are we swimming in the sea?"

"It's a bit cold for that honey, and the water's all grey so your daddy and I have booked two weeks away to Tenerife and I've OK'd it with mummy and you'll be snorkelling and see lots of bright coloured fish"

Ste sits their open mouthed as the kids jump up and down and scream excitedly.

"It's in 3 weeks time when the summer holidays start and we're spending the first two weeks abroad." Brendan whispers to Ste. "That's ok isn't it?"

"It's more than ok, it's incredible… You're incredible!" He says giving Brendan a massive hug.

"Anything for my man and kids" He says kissing the tip of Ste's nose.
