Chapter one
It had been years since she had seen her face and although it had been years nothing had changed , she still felt the emotions rush through her body, the same emotions she felt the first time they kissed, the first time they made love. The girl was still so beautiful her blonde hair tucked behind her left ear as one wispy bit hang over her eye just like it used too and her emerald green eyes still so wide and piercing, although she was still so alike to how she had been in the past and the feelings still felt the same Sophie knew it wasn't the same at all , she knew things were different and it didn't take her long to remember where she was she gazed around the empty corridor .. her eyes then came to meet Sians , her mouth started to open and as the sound of sians voice filled Sophie's ears Sophie felt as if she could crumble but as the realisation of what Sian had asked hit her she pulled herself together..
"why are you here soph?"
It was an extremely long story and if she told Sian well ...she was almost positive Sian wouldn't want to speak to her ever again , I mean Sian knew Sophie as a strong headed intelligent hard working woman but things had changed and all though Sophie wouldn't admit it to anyone she knew she wasn't that person anymore..
"Ermm... errr ...im on trial"
Sophie saw the shock in Sians piercing eyes as soon as the words left her mouth , Sophie began to panic, she didn't want Sian to think badly of her...
"Nothing serious just ermm a drink driving charge"
Sophie knew she shouldn't of lied but she couldn't tell Sian the truth .. She just couldn't.
"Oh ...didn't think you would be silly like that soph, I guess even the most intelligent of people make mistakes though"
Sophie let out a shaky breath ...before responding to the girl she would once never of dreamt of lying to
"Yeah..I don't need to ask why you're here really.. Never knew you wanted to be a judge"
Sophie could tell by the way Sian was dressed that she worked in the courts .. The long black cloak ... even though it was dull and plain , it looked stunning .. Sophie knew it was only because it was on Sian that she thought that ..she was disrupted from her thoughts as Sian began to explain...
"I never really knew what career I wanted to pursue, then once I got to uni and began to look at courses I looked deeper into being a judge and im so happy I did ..I love it "
Sian was showing such compassion, Sophie was happy for her .. She flashed a small smile to Sian
"Im happy for you ..I always knew there was a brain inside that head of yours"
Sian smiled a toothy grin ..when suddenly they were rudely disrupted by a loud shout that filled the ears of every one in the corridor ...
"SOPHIE"
Sophie spun around on her heels , realisation hit her ...
" baby what have I told you about leaving me ? This is a big place I will get lost and you wouldn't want that now would you "
The red headed girl in a mini skirt then tapped her on the nose and winked and with that pulled Sophie away from the girl she had longed to see for 6 years...Sophie huffed what had happened to her? She didn't even know who she was anymore, She let out a shaky breath and with that begun to speak to her wife... her wife she didn't love , but her wife who was there when no one else was , her wife who she used as a replacement for her family friends and the only woman she had ever loved ...Sian Powers.
