Survivors guilt
As the wolves return from the hunt they look at each other with sadness in their eyes for the 12 brothers they lost in the hunt. As they approach their families they can't help but cry after seeing the families of the 12 they lost in the battle with the wolverines of the mountains. The lead wolf walks up to the family of the youngest hunter who didn't make it and begins to explain how he died. "The wolverines ambushed us in mountains' and your father gave his life by grabbing two of the strongest wolverines and dragged him over a cliff. And it is because he did that that we were able to make it home. I am dreadfully sorry." The lead wolf says as he begins to cry. "It's okay I know my daddy was a hero and I am glad he fought like one. After all he helped you make it back to your family." The wolf child says wrapping his arms around the leader.
A few months later the lead wolf is having trouble keeping his grief in check. He can't get over the fact that he lost so many of his friends. Every day he walks out to a cliff near the dens and contemplates ending it all. But each time he remembers what the child said to him and that helps him move on to the next day. But today is different those words just aren't helping ease the pain in his chest. And as he takes his last breath he jumps from the cliff to his final end.
