It was a bright , sunny day and Lin had just gotten back from Ba Sing Se.
" Why don't I go to Air Temple Island and give Tenzin his birthday gift?" Lin thought
As Lin was on the boat she smiled happily dying to see her true love.
As Lin walked off the doc she ran to the door and knocked.
Aang answered the door.
" Hi Lin its great to see you" he said giving her a big squeeze.
" Its great to see you to Aang" she said smiling.
she asked him " Do you know where Tenzin is?"
"Yeah he is in the yard hanging out with one of the girls, named Pema." he replied
Lin ran to the yard as quickly as her feet could take her
When she arrived she dropped her gift hoping it was not what she thought she saw.
She say Tenzin kissing Pema
Tenzin turned around seeing the pain in Lin's eyes
Tenzin asked," Lin can I speak to you in private?"
" Sure" She said feeling tears fill up in her eyes
"So are going to make up excuses saying she kissed you and stuff" Lin said holding back the tears.
"No I kissed her" Tenzin said not looking into her eyes.
" Face Lin you haven't been the same since that day you were told that you couldn't have kids" Tenzin said
" Excuse me! Your the one that didn't give a chance" she said crying
Lin throwed the present at Tenzin
" Have your stupid gift, I hope you had a wonderful birthday!" she said running away crying.
Later that night Tenzin took his glider and flew to her house. He walked up to the door and heard Lin crying. He sighed and walked away. He still loved her but she was just the Lin he knew before. When he returned home he went straight to his room ignoring everyone
