Heart beats fast…
"Hey! I know this song!" Maka exclaims as she hears the song from the radio. She continues to sing along.
Colors and promises. How to be brave, How can I love when I'm afraid To fall…
"Quit it you're tone deaf." Soul turns off the radio. Maka's voice is nice, but it's off the key, and Soul is yearning for more.
"Why did you turn it off?" Maka snaps but continues.
But watching you stand alone. All of my doubt Suddenly goes away somehow…
Maka shifts, and Soul plops to the couch, next to her with his guitar. He picks his guitar and sings along.
One step closer…
Maka closes her eyes and sings beautifully, followed by Soul.
