AN: Un-beta'ed little oneshot. Inspired to write by some wonderful kakasaku authors and all they have done to keep everyone entertained. This is a thankyou to all of you, so enjoy. Oh, and the end is meant to be a double-entendre, just in case you didn't catch the hint.

Life was truly unfair. Sure his life was surrounded by a haze of death, dismemberment and missing persons but that was part and parcel of being a ninja. This however surpassed all that and bordered on the edge of sadistic. No man should ever have to look at something like that and know that it was so very far off limits. Limits of age distance, team dynamics, student-teacher relationships and one insurmountable former love. It was absolutely hopeless. Years of reading pornographic novels couldn't prepare him for this or the drying blood accumulating underneath his nose, carefully hidden by his mask.

Former students, he decided, were not supposed to look so damn hot in two piece swimsuits. Former students were for teaching, berating and skipping out on the check, not for blatant ogling. Former students in little white bikinis who were all sweat glistened from earlier beach activities should not be running up to him all soft curves and smooth muscles and…

"Kakashi-sensei you've been sitting here with your nose buried in that book since we got here. Naruto and I persuaded Tsunade to give us this day off, the least you can do is enjoy it. Even Yamato participated in that last volleyball game. Now come on, you're needed in the water as a referee to the swimming race." She grabbed his hand but even superior strength was useless against the immovable copy-nin.

"Wha?" Sakura halted in her tracks "Kakashi why don't you want to come in? I know that today isn't really your idea of a great time but can you please pretend to participate? You might even find yourself having fun." Her grip lessened as she started to run off again, evidently ready to run off and get the most out of her day off despite surly team leaders. She didn't get far before his large hand wrapped around her wrist effectively stopping her.

"It's not that." He raked his eyes up and down her body in a slow drag, flushing her already warm skin. "Your swimsuit is white. The rest of the team might have seen everything, but this is a public beach."

"Oh. I… but…" Had his gaze always been that intense? He squeezed her arm lightly causing a cool shiver to run along her body, a heightened sense ofsomething and unknown goose bumps to arise on her skin. She gasped lightly at this and when had he gotten so very close? His tone was dark and his breath was warm as it ghosted across the skin of her cheek.

"Stay out of the ocean for today Sakura. I'm the only one who gets to see you wet."
