'Tell me, have you ever heard the tale of The Hidden Garden, or it's Eternal Wardens? I would be surprised if you did. It is an enigmatic place, The Hidden Garden, seemingly in one location, yet found everywhere. You could find it easily enough, as long as you are not looking for it.'
'Sounds quite puzzling, yes?' You are probably wondering, how can such a place exist? Well... allow me to explain.'
'It all started with a farmer. Now before I continue, let me just say that at this point in Time we do not know the farmer's name nor where he is from, so for now, let us just call him the Farmer.'
'One day a long Time ago, the Farmer was tending to his crops, preparing for the fall harvest. As he was doing so, he noticed something odd, a strange-as he assumed at the Time-rock sticking out of the ground a few meters away from him. Again, assuming since he has never seen it before, that it was simply a large boulder that was uncovered by the recent rainfall the day before. Now, since he was thinking of expanding his fields in the direction that the boulder was in, he decided to see if he could remove it. But as soon as he touched the boulder, it came to life before his eyes, revealing it as something quite... different. What stood before the Farmer was what could only be described as a bronze golem, it's single red eye glowing ominously. The Farmer became frighten, running to his house and bolting the door behind him. He waited in that house for hours, waiting for the monster to come and get him, yet it never came. He looked out his window, noticing that the golem was still in the same spot. After spending the night in his house, the Farmer gained enough courage to step outside, and continued with his farming tasks, believing that the golem wasn't alive therefore could not harm him. But as he tended to his chores, he saw the golem watching him, following his movements. Soon enough the bronze construct started to follow the Farmer as he did his day-to-day tasks, and over Time the Farmer grew to trust the golem, teaching it how to farm, garden, and other such things. But in the end, all things must come the passage of Time. And as the Farmer, now old and gray, rested in his bed waiting, he asks one thing of the bronze golem, a favor, a promise. He asked that it take care of his farm and his garden for him after he is gone. The golem stares at the Farmer for a Time, his one eye unblinking, in the end...it simply nods it's head. The Farmer smiles and says "Thank you, my friend." and finally after a long and fulfilling life drifts off into blissful sleep one last Time. Not long after the Farmer passed, his farm and the surrounding area vanished, lost to Time. And so our tale draws to a close, but allow me one final word. If you ever find yourself lost and stumble upon a glade of red-leaved trees and bronze stemmed flowers, then you have found the Hidden Garden, and once you are there, tread carefully and do not harm anything, for The Eternal Wardens will be watching, and they do not show mercy…to anyone.
