Eragon couldn't believe it, 'it can't be true!' he thought anger and shock rattling threw his mind. He couldn't be the son of Morzan. The one who had betray the Dragon Riders. Tears appeared in the corner of his eyes. 'No!' he thought as panic rattled threw out his mind. 'It can't be true! It just can't be!'
"Little one, its okay just because Morzan is your Father doesn't mean that you are your Father," Whispered Saphira's softly threw the mind link.
'I know but still!' he thought, ' I always thought my true Father would be like...'
'Yes I know little one,' She replied softly her eyes saddened as she twisted her head to look at Eragon.
'He said it in the ancient language.' Eragon thought tears dripping down his face he clutched onto Saphira. 'I wish...I wish I didn't know...' he thought as he rubbed his face into Saphira's neck.
'At least you know who your Father and Mother are know.' She replied gently, Eragon almost laughed at this.
' My Father was a monster, Saphira.'
'And your not!' She responded, ' It doesn't matter where you come from Eragon.' she replied, ' I choose you for my rider because I could see what you are strong, and Kind.' she replied, ' A bit foolish and moody at times, but kind.'
Eragon clutched Saphira, ' I don't know what I would do without you.' he thought.
