YAY! Well peeps this is my attempt to make a Gears of War story with my favourite couple, Baird and Sam lol. Hope you enjoy.
Out of everyone, they had to choose him. The sarcastic, asshole that you know of as Damon Baird. This isn't the first time that me and him were paired to go on patrol to make sure the stranded don't start trouble. You would be thinking after the 17 year war, everyone would stop attacking each other and relax and work together to rebuild the broken world but anger gets the best of people. I looked over at Baird to see him rambling about something, possibly about the stranded. He looked over at me.
"What?"
"Just going through ideas that could make you shut up for once." I smiled to him.
"Ha! your real funny Samantha."
"I know Damon."
He quickly looked away and growled. I shrugged. We have hours untill this shift is over and so far, it isn't going good.
"You know Sam, if you really think about it, you know if you can, nothing can make me shut up." Baird said with a smirk.
I looked over at him. " Oh I'll think of something, don't worry."
Baird stopped which caused me to stop with him and slowly turn to him.
"Really?" He folded his arms over his chest. "Show me."
I thought untill a very "appealing" idea came up to mind. Giving a smile, I walked up to him. We were face to face and I was surprised that he didn't create more space between us. I sighed and press my lips to his. He didn't respond quick like I hoped but soon he returned the kiss. It ended up being a make-session untill we needed air. Once we were able to breath agian, I smiled.
"What?" He chuckled.
"Well it didn't completely shut you up but your not annoying now." I laughed.
Baird smiled, putting his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him.
"That may be the only way." He said, pulling me into a kiss agian.
