With Nightmare finally defeated at last and with Cappy Town restored from massive destruction, everything went back to normal.

However, not everything was set aside, because King Dedede's been having a pretty rough situation ever since the events of Fright To The Finish.

With the attempted help of the remaining Waddle Dees, Dedede tried everything in his power to restore his castle to what it once was, but with no success and with no finances.

Tiff, her brother Tuff, their parents, Fololo, and Falala all decided to leave the castle once and for all by moving into Cappy Town alongside everyone else, which delighted the Mayor, it's citizens, and most of all, Kirby.

The family was accepted into the town with open arms from everybody.

As for Meta Knight, he finally announced to everybody that he was leaving King Dedede's services at last, beginning a new path for Meta Knight's own life.

Sword Knight and Blade Knight also left the castle alongside him with no regret.

With all that out of the way, let's begin this...

CHAPTER ONE:

A Fresh New Start

Kirby, Tiff, and Tuff were just having some cold lemonade together as they all sat down in front of Kirby's house, without Tokkori interfering their time together.

Both Tiff and Tuff were surprised to see that Kirby hasn't been rushing through his food as fast as he used to, which showed them that Kirby may have actually learned to control his appetite.

While Tiff started drinking rather calmly, Tuff began to drink the whole cup in his hands as fast as he could, with Kirby following suit.

Tiff rolled her eyes and told her brother, "Y'know, Tuff, this isn't a competition or anything big that we're doing today. You don't have to rush through your cup of lemonade like that, or else you'll end up experiencing the sour flavor rather quickly."

Tuff ignored his sister as he finally finished it all and said, "Oh, what do you know about lemonade exactly?! Besides, I'm going to finally start on my real accomplishments in life! We don't have to listen to Dedede and his goons anymore!"

Kirby agreed bluntly to Tuff's words with a simple and cheerful smile, "Poyo!"

Tiff stood up on the hill and said, "Just because we don't have to listen to King Dedede anymore dosen't mean that you can just do whatever we want in the kingdom. There are laws, orders, and public duties that we all must listen to. And if we all become better, more focused citizens, we'll finally get to achieve world peace."

Once again, Kirby bluntly agreed to what Tiff said as well, which caught the attention of Tuff, who came up to Kirby's face and asked him, "Oh yeah? Kirby, who do you agree with the most? Me or my sister?"

Kirby began to feel conflicted over this decision as he continued to stare at Tiff and Tuff back and forth over and over again by looking at the two of them.

Sweat began to trickle down Kirby's forehead as the pressure only increased onto him,

Tiff took notice and said, "Tuff, that's enough! Haven't you learned from your mistakes at all? Kirby's still just a little baby Star Warrior!"

Tuff then pointed out, "He's a baby Star Warrior who singlehandingly saved the whole galaxy for certain doom, sis! So that means that he CAN make more complex decisions in his own life!"

But he couldn't finish his own sentence as he began to feel a souring sensation from the lemonade and began to pant as he ran off to go search for water to cool down the feeling.

Tiff laughed at her brother's expense and said smugly, "The only complex decisions you make are the ones that don't exactly work out at all!"

Kirby laughed alongside her as they both followed Tuff into Cappy Town, where the Mayor was making a speech to everyone in the center of the town.

"Good day, fellow citizens! As the Mayor of this simple place, I would like to make a public announcement that'll really get everyone excited to hear about!" The Mayor said as he and his wife stood up front.

The citizens listened in anticipation, eager to hear whatever he had to tell to them all.

During this time, Tuff came by and finally found a nearby cup of water, which was being held by Tiff, who took amusement towards his reaction.

With embarassment and gulit, Tuff slowly took the spare cup from his sister's hand and gulped the drink with one serving.

Once he was done, Tiff and Kirby walked up to the Mayor's gathering to hear what the big news was gonna be.

In fear of being left out, Tuff joined his sister and Kirby alongside everybody else.

Tiff and Tuff's parents then walked up to the Mayor's place as the Mayor himself continued, "Now, please clap your hands for Dedede's former worker, Sir Ebrum, and his lovely wife, Lady Like! Come up to the stage to announce our plans to the public!"

With flattery and delight, Sir Ebrum and his wife went up to the Mayor and his wife to make the announcement to the citizens.

Kirby's other friends, such as Rick, Coo, and Kine were there as well. Even Meta Knight and his fellow partners, Sword Knight and Blade Knight, were present at the speech.

"Thank you, Mr. Mayor! It is my highest honor to announce to the public that we will be holding a victory celebration over the defeat of Nightmare and his wicked cohorts once and for all!"

The crowd erupted with cheers as Lady Like continued on with, "The party will happen in 2 days from now, so get ready to boogie until the night fades away! There will be lots of food, drinks, games, and plenty more there!"

The Mayor then followed up with, "This party is being held in honor of the hero of our galaxy, Kirby! This is my big way of making up for our horrible accusations towards Kirby during the crisis itself, so I would also like to announce that Kirby will be our special guest of honor!"

The audience's focus then shifted to Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby as they all walked up to the Mayor, feeling both excited at the news of the celebration party and embarassed from the huge amounts of attention from the public.

"Give a round of applause to these three young heroes, everybody! Hohoho! I'm so proud of you all!" The Mayor said as he began to clap out loud for the three young heroes who all lead a major role in their ultimate victory.

The crowd began to clap their hands rapidly for Kirby, Tiff, and Tuff.

Kirby began to wave towards everybody with both of his stubby pink hands, Tiff courtseyed with a humble blush and a smile, while Tuff rubbed the back of his head with graditude as he began to show off some tough poses for the applauding crowd.

Underneath his mask, Meta Knight couldn't help but crack a smile as he too, clapped alongside Sword Knight and Blade Knight, who were calling out to Kirby.

"Way to show Nightmare who's boss there, Kirby!" "That's Kirby for ya! What a hero to us all!"

Sir Ebrum then pointed out to the Mayor, "It wasn't just them who saved the entire galaxy, Mayor! In fact, I say that we give ourselves a massive round of applause as well for helping them out on their growing quest! Come on, everybody! WOO-HOO!"

The applause only continued to grow as everybody in the town, even the ones who weren't at the ceremony, began to cheer for their own teamwork.

But within the crowd, there were three faces from eariler on who weren't cheering at all.

Rick, Coo, and Kine couldn't help but suddenly feel guilty for not going alongside everybody else during Nightmare's final reign of terror. Don't get them wrong, you guys, they were proud for Kirby, but they felt severely guilty for not being there to offer a helping hand.

With silence, the three animal pals left the ceremony without as much as a simple goodbye or see you later.

Meta Knight was the only person within the crowd and the whole area who took notice of their reactions to the round of applause.

Before leaving the area himself, he told Sword Knight and Blade Knight, "I've got to go take care of something real quick. Can you two do me a real huge favor if it isn't too much to ask?"

His partners nodded as Sword Knight repiled, "Of course. We're your friends, aren't we? We've known you for as long as we can remember you for, which is forever!"

Meta Knight gestured them to listen to what he was about to say and told them both quietly, "I need you two to look after Kirby while I'm gone. Can you please do that?"

Blade Knight then joked, "Wow. You actually said please? That's a new thing coming from you, isn't it?"

Sword Knight placed his hand over Blade Knight's mask as he told Meta Knight with honesty in his voice, "Don't you worry, sir! We'll keep a close eye on the little guy for you til you come back! We both promise you that!"

Meta Knight then repiled with sincerity, "Thank you, Sword and Blade. I'll be back as soon as I can!"

The three of them then hid behind the police station as Meta Knight's cape suddenly turned into a pair of bat like wings.

Sword and Blade both watched as Meta Knight took off into the sky and headed for the forests of Cappy Town, where Whispy Woods lived at.

Once Meta Knight left, Sword Knight whacked Blade on the head with his sword and scolded, "Did you really have to make a joke like that back there?!"

Blade got out from his woozy state and repiled, "What? He rarely ever says please like that to us, so I had to point out the rare occasion to all of us at a time of peace!"

Sword facepalmed as he muttered under his breath, "I doubt that we'll be hearing him say that ever again thanks to you reacting that way. Now he'll think of saying please to his close friends like us as embarassing because of you. Nice going with encouraging social activity there, Blade."

"I heard that, you know! We're the only ones behind the police station." Blade bluntly told Sword as they both began to leave the area.

Sword then said angrily, "Just be a little more positive next time, okay? We don't want our longtime friendship with Meta Knight to end with the both of us creating more tension for him!"

Looking down to the road in embarassment, Blade then said with indignity, "Sorry..."

Their attention towards each other stopped as the Mayor told the townsfolk before they all went their seperate ways, "Remember, citizens of Cappy Town! The victory celebration party will take place around 5PM in 2 days! With all that being said, I'll sign off for now and say to everybody that I'll see you all there! Tata!"

After saying this, the Mayor and his wife both got into their car and drove off into the sunset to their house within in the fields of Cappy Town.

Kirby began to jump up and down at the anticipation for the party as Tuff said to Tiff with excitement, "I can't believe it, Tiff! We're gonna be the guests of honor at a huge party! I can't even begin to tell you both about how much this touches my heart! I better start practicing to get down and boogie at the party, cause I'll need it for my time to shine!"

Tiff nodded and said, "And I'm going to make sure to inform all of us that we need to get home by bedtime and make sure that we all get enough sleep that night."

Tuff cringed and said bluntly to his sister, "Aw, don't be such a party killer, Tiff...We need to have a lot of boogie time to ourselves after all the drama with NME! I say that we should stay at the party til we all get it on the dance floor! And besides, I want to prepare to select my buffet choices for the events before Kirby eats it all up!"

Kirby giggled at Tuff's comment before Tiff spoke up again, "If that floats your boat, then go right ahead with risking your own health and potentially getting sick. But don't say that I didn't try to save you."

With his hand, Tiff wrapped it around his sister's shoulder as he began to slyly tell her, "Sis, I don't want to sound incredibly mean or anything, but I think all that studying is getting to your big head too often."

Tiff blushed in raging embarassment as he pushed his arm away and yelled, "What do you mean by that exactly?! My IQ is just fine, thank you very much! I don't see any truth to your statement at all!"

"Poyo!" Kirby piped up with happiness at Tiff's defense.

Tuff then continued on with his theory, "Oh, Tiff. You just can't seem to enjoy an event like this without piping up something from your throat and worrying constantly. Stress dosen't help with your own health too, you know. In fact, it could lead into some consequences later on in life, such as getting some important things rushed and becoming an antisocial person in general!"

As Tuff went on with his theory, Tiff began to see some accuracy to his words and started to panic internally.

Tuff saw this and once again, wrapped his arm and said with a smug smile on his face as they continued to walk around the town's central area, "Basically, the victory party serves as an escape from all of our stress for a single night, my dear sister! Why don't you stay with me, and I'll begin to show you why parties like this can make a person feel free from the stresses of normal society in this case. So...what do you say to that?"

When her hand under her chin, Tiff began to quietly pace around her brother, as if she began to take consideration over his words.

Tuff piped up one final time as he said, "And you don't have to worry about Kirby's own safety too, because I'll be his personal babysitter at the party."

With a final decision in mind, she slowly walked up to him and said with strict undertones in her voice, "Very well then. I'll accept this offering of yours, but if it turns out to be a malicious lie of yours again, you'll be sorry about it before the party even starts...You got that?!"

Tuff gulped at his sister's own threat towards him, but proceded on with a simple and meakley tone of voice as he stared into her fierce eyes, "Yes, ma'am..."

Even the Star Warrior himself, Kirby, reacted to Tiff's rage pretty quietly as he followed up on Tuff's promise with a simple, but fearful, "Poyo..."

Once they both promised, Tiff immediately went back to her smart, but perky self as she said with a delightful smile, "Good! I'm glad to hear that we were both able to work things out. Now come along, my dear little brother and my little Star Warrior, Kirby!"

With extreme hesitance, both Tuff and Kirby followed behind Tiff as the three of them went up to their parents, who embraced them all with open arms and happy faces.

Meanwhile, at the wrecked castle of Dedede...

Escargoon was walking across the area with some burned carpets, in an attempt to gather up surviving items.

"Oh man...I can't believe that thanks to Nightmare Enterprises, me, Dedede and those Waddle Dees now have no place to go at all..."

King Dedede was sitting down on the grass as he and his Waddle Dees were eating some surviving food from the wreck.

The self proclaimed king of Dream Land began to grow more angrier and more frustrated as he continued to consume his remaining jelly sandwich with pure rage.

"I still can't get over this! We were both once full of power and dignity, but now here we all are, with nothing left to call home!" Dedede yelled in rage as the Waddle Dees finished up their side of the lunch.

Escargoon checked the time and said, "It's gonna be nighttime soon, your Majesty. Is there anything that you want to talk about?"

Dedede got up from where he was sitting and began to rant on, "I have plenty of things to talk about, Escargoon! That rotten salesman robbed me of my only shelter, my only home, and my only place to wash my underwear and robes! If I ever encounter him again, he's got another thing coming to him, one way or another!"

Escargoon agreed by saying, "Yeah! I can't believe that this all happened to us, while those rotten Cappies got a happy ending! Not only did we lose our home, but we lost our money too!"

Escargoon then pointed at the king and yelled, "In fact, I knew that NME was untrustworthy from the very beginning, but you insisted on it and now here we are! Honestly, you should at least apologize for all those times that you slammed my head with your hammer at this point, because you have to admit to your mistake!"

With growing rage, Dedede then admitted to him, "Alright then! I flat out admit that I made a mistake or two across the times when we had our home still, but I had no idea that it would lead to the castle getting ruined like this! This was your own fault too, ya know!"

"My fault? MY FAULT?! You thick headed numbskull! I was trying to save us from having this fate! But like I said before, you continued to tell me that bad things wouldn't happen, and what happened? BAD THINGS DID HAPPEN BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN IGNORANCE! I'm sick of being constantly disregarded by you over and over!" Escargoon continued to yell towards the ungrateful king.

King Dedede then asked with frustration, "What do I have left to be thankful for exactly? All I have left are some worthless little servants and a great, big annoyance like you in my life! In fact, I don't want to see you ever again! Pack your own stuff and go on!"

With all his pure rage let out, Dedede then proceded to leave with Waddle Doo and the Waddle Dees as Escargoon began to choke up and continued to yell back at him, "Fine! Go ahead and leave me to die here all by myself! I can handle myself just fine without you! I'm going to find myself a new home, all without you being a stupid meathead to ruin it all for me! So go ahead and leave my side! See if I care at all!"

"Oh yeah?! Then I say to you, good riddance! I hope that you and I never meet each other ever again in our miserable lives! Go ahead and suffer without me!" Dedede yelled some more before wandering off, away from the castle and into the sunset's view.

Even though Escargoon finally got rid of Dedede in his life, he couldn't help but start to sob to himself as the king finally came out of his own sight.

But as Escargoon left to his own seperate path, he turned around in shock, only to see that 12 other Waddle Dees have decided to join up with him on his path to a new life in Dream Land.

"Despite all the nasty things I said about you, you guys want to come along with me?...Do you really mean it as true companions to the end?" Escargoon said as tears of joy began to roll down his eyes and onto the grass as he slowly began to walk up to them.

The remaining Waddle Dees nodded with graditude as a response to his questions, basically confirming his answers.

With pure joy written on his face, Escargoon scooped up one of the remaining Waddle Dees and said merrily while he began to sob to himself, "Oh you guys! Thanks for being loyal to me! What would I do without you at this point?"

The Waddle Dees simply responded with a nod as they all began to head out together, as a newly formed family.

As they all went their seperate paths, Waddle Doo took notice of the 12 other Waddle Dees going with Escargoon as he walked alongside King Dedede.

"Oh dear...what can I do or say in this situation at all? I can't go back to the abandoned castle at this point...I wish my 12 comrades the best of luck with Escargoon," Waddle Doo told himself as King Dedede continued to walk off into his own path, with tears streaming down his own eyes, hidden from the other Waddle Dees and Waddle Doo's view as they all left for good.

As nighttime began to approach, Rick, Coo, and Kine were all hanging out together in the forest...

Rick told his animal friends as they walked throught the dark forest together, "Guys. I want to tell you all something that I've had on my mind for a while now. I've decided that I want to help Kirby and his friends in dangerous situations from now on! We're his friends too!"

Kine, who was in the lake agreed with the hamster, saying, "Yeah! I wanna get closer to Tiff more than ever as her official boyfriend and show our pal Kirby what I can really do with his help!"

Rick winced at those choice of words as he pointed out to Kine kindly, "Um..youre a fish and she's just a girl who can walk on air, I don't think it can work out that way, buddy."

Kine frowned at this and said, "I know that already, Rick...don't remind me of that again, you know.."

Coo nodded with truth as he stated to his friends, "I wholeheartingly agree with you both. Even as a highly regarded mentor of the forest, I can't help but feel left out in most situations involving those wretched monsters. If my student Tokkori can get into the action with no trouble, aside from his big mouth, we all can too! But the real question is, even to myself, how exactly we can say our own rights to join in on the team's adventures? Who can guide us to our path with Kirby?"

Rick and Kine both looked at each other with questions over this.

Their thoughts were interrupted as Meta Knight showed up while flying and landed on the ground nearby them while saying, "So...you animals want to join in with helping Kirby, huh? Well then, if that is what you are searching for, maybe I can help you three unlock your own hidden powers to fight alongside Kirby's side! That is, if you really want to.."

Rick perked up at this golden oppurtunity and said, "Of course we want to, Sir Meta Knight! As Kirby's good friends, me and my two pals over here would love to become students of yours to join the fight when things get serious!"

Kine and Coo agreed with Rick as they both stared on alongside Rick with hopeful mindsets.

Meta Knight paused with hesitance for a moment, before looking into their eyes and saying, "I can see within you three that you all have an undying loyality for the little Star Warrior and his friends. Very well then. From this moment onwards, I shall become your new mentor! We'll begin our training, which will begin tomorrow morning, so be sure to meet up with me at this exact spot here in the forest on time around 6AM, got it you three?"

Rick, Coo, and Kine looked at each other excitingly before looking back at the fellow knight and bowing down to his very presence, "You've got it, Sir Meta Knight. We'll be more than honored to grow as students with you as our new mentor! We won't let you down tomorrow!"

With those words being told to him, Meta Knight nodded with satisfaction to his new students.

"Good. With all that out of the way, I'll see you three tomorrow." Meta Knight said before vanishing from their sight within the blink of an eye.

Coo got all fascinated as to how he did that with grace, and tried to find him again to ask him about it, but failed miserably.

"Aw man..." Coo said as he walked up to Rick, who was getting excited over their new teacher.

He then told his animal friends with confidence, "This is it, you guys! The path to our new dream begins! Hang on Kirby ol buddy, because it's time for us to join in on the action with you!"

Kine and Coo nodded in agreement before Rick and Coo went back to their respective homes in the forest while Kine went back to his own home underwater to get some sleep for the night.

Back with Kirby and his friends...

Tiff and Tuff went back to Kirby's house to say goodnight to him before they went back to their new home with their parents in Cappy Town.

Tuff opened the door to Kirby's house, while Tuff carried Kirby on her back, since he was already asleep by then.

With tender sincerity, Tiff tucked Kirby into his bed, and whispered, "Goodnight, Kirby. Have some wonderful dreams tonight, our little Star Warrior. You deserve it."

She then kissed his cheek while he was asleep, and went back outside as Tuff closed the door for tonight.

When they got outside, they saw that Tokkori was heading back home to his nest, which was still near the tree with Kirby's house.

Tiff told her brother to go on ahead to their parents while she planned to have a personal talk to Tokkori that was regarding his treatment with Kirby.

Tokkori was exhausted from everything that went on today, so all he wanted to do tonight was get some sleep, even if it meant kicking Kirby out from his own home.

Just as Tokkori was potentially proceding to do so, Tiff grabbed the little green bird with her hand and threw him on the ground.

"Ow, missy! What was that for?! I was just going to see how that pink volleyball was doing for tonight! I wasn't gonna kick him out!" Tokkori yelled towards Tiff with rage.

Tiff didn't believe him for a second and said to him sternly, "Yeah right! Speaking of which, I wanted to have a personal discussion between you and me regarding how your whole business with living with Kirby's like."

Tokkori rolled his little beady eyes as Tiff began, "Can't you treat Kirby with more respect as a hero? He nearly sacrified himself while battling Nightmare once and for all! Maybe you should show some graditude for Kirby's heroic actions for once! Not just for saving yourself from certain doom, but for everybody else in town!"

He responded with a stubborn tone of voice, "I am showing some respect for him enough, girly! In fact, I wanted to talk to you tomorrow, because I have an announcement to make regarding our future as neighbors!"

Tiff crossed her arms and said, "Let me guess, you want to have Kirby's home to yourself again. Because I won't let that happen for good if you try that mean trick again on poor Kirby!"

Tokkori then shook his head and said to the girl with a more quieter tone of voice, "No...it's not that at all!...It's just that...well..."

He looked up and saw that Tiff was still glaring towards him with frustration.

He then took a deep breath and made his announcement to her.

"I'm not going to stay, because...I found a new home at last while I was flying...I've decided to move elsewhere in my life. Kirby can keep his home to himself for all I care." Tokkori said while looking down at the view of Cappy Town from the grassy hill.

Tiff's reaction slowly shifted from angry to pure shock towards the news, but then threatened Tokkori by asking, "This isn't some cruel malicious prank, is it? Because if it is, then I'm gonna-"

"I'm being serious here, Tiffany girl! I'm legitimately leaving this place for good." Tokkori cut her sentence off while waving his wings in defense of his own statement.

Once she saw that he was being serious from his eyes, she calmed down and asked quietly, "R-really? You aren't fooling around this time!? But why though, Tokkori? I thought you wanted to sleep and stay in Kirby's home and wanted nothing but to stay here for good, no matter what!"

The little green bird responded by shrugging his little shoulders and telling her with truth, "Things happen that you don't expect in life, you know that? I found out this myself today..."

Tiff stared on with silence as he continued as he started looking down at Cappy Town again, "Throughout my entire time as a neighbor with Kirby at his place, I couldn't help but imagine this new kind of possibility and initally wanted nothing to do with it, sticking with my words from back when the pink puffball moved in with me. But no matter how often my mind slipped away from it as time progressed for all of us, the thought of a new home for me kept coming back to me...So yesterday, with newfound respect for Kirby's insistence of trying new things, I finally gave in to these personal thoughts of mine and decided to go searching for the answer myself while everybody else continued celebrating and fixing up Cappy Town. And I finally found my answer from beyond the mountains and into that sunset."

Once Tokkori was done speaking, Tiff watched with awe as Tokkori began to slowly fly into Kirby's house, "Once I found my answer, I felt horrible for several of the things I had done to him. I felt as if I couldn't confront the little guy without taking these personal thoughts into my own stubborn heart. Now, as I finally leave for good, I can safely say that I've grown a bit fond of the little guy. He may seem like a hopeless, greedy, stick in the mud at first glance, but deep down, he's got a heart much bigger than anybody else's that I've seen from a child. And you know what?...I miss having that kind of mindset myself. So all I can say now is that I'm gonna miss being his neighbor."

Tiff began to see Tokkori in a new light as the bird whispered to Kirby, "Good luck, you little pink pile of gum. Stay safe and embrace your world as much as you can before it's too late."

He flew out of the house from the window and asked Tiff one last thing.

"When he wakes up, can you do him a favor by sticking by his side more than ever for me? At this point in his young life, he's gonna need ya more than ever, girly. Ya got that?"

Tiff's eyes began to feel wet as she promised the bird, "Don't you worry, Tokkori. I will stick with Kirby til the very end. And you know what? You aren't so bad yourself. It's been quite a ride, hasn't it?"

Tokkori's cheeks turned red as he said, "Yeah...it's been a ride."

Tiff nodded to response before finally telling him, "I'll see you on the other side then."

"You too as well. Honestly, since I'm no good at this darn mushy stuff, I may as well start leavin now before things turn into a waterslide between you and I, okay? I'll see you again someday!" Tokkori told the girl as he finally took flight into the dark blue nighttime sky.

Tiff waved as she called out to him, "Goodbye, Tokkori! And good luck to yourself! I'll see you later!"

As he flew off by himself, Tokkori couldn't help but feel choked up upon crossing the mountains and into the new parts of the world. "Oh darn! They've gotten me all choked up now! Goodbye, everyone! We'll see each other again one day!" He yelled as he flew off some more til he was out of Tiff's sight for the night.

Once he was gone, Tiff decided to finally head home with her brother, realizing that her parents, Fololo, and Falala might all be worried sick over her disappearence for so long. So, with a heavy heart, she began to run down the hills as a race to get home in time to her family.

As she ran down the hills to her new home in Cappy Town, she couldn't help but swear that as she looked up at the mountains where Tokkori just left beyond, she thought that she might've seen the fimiliar form of a snail climbing up the large structures alongside 12 other smaller looking creatures...

Meanwhile, in the deeper reaches of space beyond Planet Popstar...

Knuckle Joe, Sir Arthur, the surviving Star Warriors, and Sirica were all in their ships, searching for any surviving monsters who might have escaped from the remains of Nightmare Enterprises' ultimate battleship.

Sirica, at the same time, was searching for any signs of Kirby or his friends.

Knuckle Joe received a call from Sir Arthur as he asked, "Any results so far on your side of the wreckages of the ship?"

Sir Arthur responded firmly, "Nothing so far, Knuckle Joe. Even the other Star Warriors can't find anything through these remains at all!"

Knuckle Joe then called for Sirica using his own microphone system and asked, "Hey Sirica! Did you find anything on your side of the line? Any signs of Kirby and the gang's escape from this rotten place?"

Sirica called back through her own ship's microphone system and repiled with, "Not yet, but I'll keep digging through these high amounts of data and I'll report to you all on what I end up finding, got it?"

Knuckle Joe nodded as he disconnected from her and began to wonder to himself inside his own spaceship, "Hang on tight, you guys! We'll all come back home to Popstar after we're done with this mess. And don't you worry, father, I will make you proud of my own legacy."

As the group continued their search for more materials and survivors, a small, broken container began to fall apart, and inside of it was a small white being with a blood red eye that began to grow in power, hiding away from the heroes as it stared off into the distance, waiting for the right time to attack and rise to power...

Surprised that I removed Tokkori from the story early on? I never honestly liked him that much as a character, so I decided to give him a final sendoff that may or may not pay off towards the very end of it.

And don't worry about King Dedede, Waddle Doo, and Escargoon, because this isn't the last time that you'll be seeing them in this story!

Other characters like Kabu (who actually appeared in the Kirby Right Back At Ya anime), Galacta Knight, Gooey, Dark Matter, Bandana Dee, Chuchu, and Marx will all be making huge appearences throughout this story, so get excited for future episodes of this story!

I legitimately hope that all of you Kirby fans enjoyed the first chapter!

Tell me your own personal thoughts in the comment section! (And don't even think about spamming in the comments, because then I won't answer anything that you ask if you pester me about it.)
