I understand now, Soubi. I believe you, now, when you tell me you love me. I find it entirely too silly how long it took me to realize your love for me was real. I'm sorry, Soubi. I'll never doubt you again.

Your love for me equals the love a dog has for an order it's master gives it. You love me because you were ordered to. I suppose, in that sense, it's not me you love...but the order you were given…and you love the order because it was an order given by Seimei. But I will believe you when you say you love me because you really do. You love that I am a task given to you by Seimei, as task to be completed and taken to the next level. You love me because I am a mission that was easy to accomplish.

And Soubi, dearest Soubi, if my brother ordered you to love me…if I mean little more than a task to you…that's all right…because…though he left me…he means more to me that you do, too.

I accept the way things are. I embrace the way we love each other…because I feel like this is what Seimei wanted.
