Disclaimer: Plain and simple, I don't own Bones.

A/N: One shot, possible two/three shot if requested. At first I had this whole situation leading up to this. But this could be after anything major that happens. Quotes from Two Bodies in a Lab, The Man in the Morgue, The Blonde in The Game. Enjoy. Got this idea from the Boneyard, after having a conversation about having a scene where she hones her skill in a Dojo. So credits to you guys.

You know Bones all those thing that Carolyn mentioned the Martial Arts, the shooting, the assaults, it's just that you are just the type of women that fights.

She raised her Bo, a long bamboo staff, slowly, higher until the bottom was adjacent to her chest.

Maybe they didn't expect it

A cry pierced though the air.

Maybe they thought some kind of magic could hold you

Her Bo rose in a defensive position; she felt the blow of the Bo that had just stricken hers. She barely flinched her position held firmly.

You make those bastards unsafe, that's why I'm nice to you.

It came from the left; she dodged it falling to her back.
It came straight down; she evaded it rolling to the right.
It came down with a greater force straight down to the floor.

She blinked then Inhaled.

You are just the type of women that fights

It made contact, a large crack echoed throughout the building.

That fights…

She kicked herself up, and without a moment notice. Catching her opponent by surprise. Started a series of movements that flowed, each movement was in fluent and facile swifts. Each one was blocked as if they were evenly matched.

Then she tried a final blow that she used all her anger, her frustration into a final sweeping blow.

She felt a stroke to the heart, she felt like her heart cracked.

Pause.
Silence
Be calm be swift. The words of her mentor echoed.

She turned around and swiftly flicked her Bo aiming at the shoulder. She quickened the pace of her sweeping strikes seemingly erudite.

Her anger gone.

On the right side,
One the left side,
right after each other flowing like her soul was in each one each one segue, smooth.

Booth

Heavy breathing

"Very well, Temperance, very well" a course deep voice spoke.

I'm fine Booth. I'm sitting here thinking about it and I'm fine.

She was looking down on the floor resting on her bo "Maybe I'm not fine, maybe I'm not okay" her voice faint.

I know who you are. Hey I know, it's okay. Shh, it's gonna be alright.

"Then face it"

She glanced up, their eyes met in a connection. She knew what to do

She bowed slowly and held it. She heard footsteps getting fainter and fainter until she couldn't hear them.

Temperance grabbed her bag and then headed for the world, outside those doors, outside the dojo.
