You are Perfection: An admittedly shameless piece written for and about Naya Rivera

Dear Higher Being,
Please save me.
I have an intense crush on Naya Rivera and it's distracting.
It doesn't help that she's a creation as magnificent as the Milky Way, as breathtaking as the Grand Canyon, as mysterious as the big blue ocean.
You made her the only perfect thing there is in this world.
Why the hell did you do it?
Just look at her. Every single detail is impeccable.
Was it necessary to make her even skin glow like soft, liquid gold in the light?
Does her hair really need to fall around her in gentle curls that remind me of waves beckoning tantalizingly on the beach on a warm summer day?
And those eyes – you really killed me when you made them, Higher Being. Her eyes must be the most expressive things in the world. Framed by those beautiful lashes, they smolder and tease shamelessly, they shine and smile sincerely, they sparkle and laugh openly, they cry and reveal pain. I'm willing to spend the rest of my life doing nothing but staring at them all day long. If only I could.
I'd also trace the small path down the bridge of her nose, and brush my fingers lightly over her nostrils. And with those cute, plump cheeks, Higher Being, really? With all those dimples? She's too adorable for her own good.
When you made her lips, you must have been thinking about driving every single human being on the planet mad with longing. They look so full, so soft and lush, and I bet they're heaved to touch. No one has lips like hers (Sorry, Angelina). I'd like to imagine what they'd feel like, but I know none of my wildest imaginings will ever be as good as the real thing.
Must those lips pull back to reveal rows of flawless teeth? Do they need to shape so easily into a smile? Do her smiles need to be so warm? So heavenly? So enticing? It's unfair, Higher Being. None of us stood a chance.
Higher Being (God or Buddha or whatever), did you realize what you were doing when you gave her an amazing, powerful voice with the unique ability to bring people to tears (Songbird) and give them wet dreams (Trouty Mouth)? If sound had a standard measurement for perfection, her voice would be at the top. But I hate that I've heard the most amazing voice in the world and it won't ever call out my name.
Oh, and that exquisite laugh. Do you have no mercy on us, Higher Being? The way her nose crinkles, the crescent-shape her eyes form, the sound bursting from her mouth, ohhhhhh….
Like I said. You're just being so unfair.
I can't even begin to talk about her talent. Because, really, who can pull of her performances the way she does? I seriously think you must have been attempting to create the next stage of human evolution when you decided to let Naya Rivera lose on the world.
But you know what stuns me the most, Higher Being? It's how you managed to make an individual as exceptional as a deity, yet as humble as can be. I'll never figure out how you pulled that one off, Higher Being. But I am impressed. And I honestly can't complain.
After all, the world is a much better place with Naya Rivera in it.
What do you guys think? I was a bit worried I'd sound like some stalker or something. xD The idea just hit me and it wouldn't go away so I had to write it.
