So please review...i don't know how I am doing and not sure if i should keep doing the story
Alice Lambert was a shy, introverted girl. She kept nose in her notebook and did not speak. Her notebook was her only friend. She was constantly writing or drawing in it. Everyone in her school knew about it but never saw it. She often heard rumors about her and her notebook, but she ignored them and stayed quiet. She was very self conscious because she thought of herself as fat and was always commenting on her looks to herself, which only added to her quiet demeanor.
Though she was thought of as nerdy and awkward, people noticed one quality of her that was unlike others: her crystal blue eyes. She may have been shy, but she was often the center of many conversations. Because her eyes changed depending on the weather. Some thought it was just coincidence, others thought that she and her notebook controlled the weather. She was often teased because of this; people asked her to prove it. But when she refused, they called her a liar. She despised liars and even more than that, she hated to be called a liar.
The hard truth was that she did control the weather. When she was mad, her eyes turned dark blue and thunder rumbled in the sky. When she was sad, her eyes transformed to a brilliant turquoise and the wind blew and rain poured. But even more extraordinary than that, she could control the elements of the weather. Her emotions changed the weather, but when she focused, she could move the rain or create a lighting bolt.
But Alice hated her powers. Her family ignored her in order not to upset her. Her friends moved and never spoke to her again. She lived a lonely life with only a notebook for a companion.
