Romantic Rain

A/N- Yup. Back to my AU for 'Buzz Lightyear of Star Command'. This short, I wanted to make it sweet, but short.... or was it the other around? I dunno. It's the Eve/XR couple again.... hey, if you gajinka XR, and age Eve a little, they look cute. Enjoy- Liberate A.

Walking in the rain was a fun thing to do together when on vacation, or so thought XR. He and Eve were given permission to take a few days off together, and get to know each other just a little bit better.
"So Eve.... where do ya' wanna go?" He asked the young girl. Eve said nothing as they plodded along the rain soaked streets. XR looked worried. Was Eve sick? Sad? Lonley?
"Eve.... are you okay? Cause if you're not, I can take us back to Star Command...."
"I'm fine. I'm just thinking." She spoke up, in her soft, child-like voice that ringed innocence. She looked like she was in a daze, peering off into parts unknown on Capital Planet. It was almost like she was missing someone. XR, whow asn't very good with sympathy, tried his best.
"Listen, if it's about the whole 'Neo Ark' incedent a few weeks ago...."
"It's not. I'm just thinking." She said once again. That was enough to worry the experimental ranger. He set his hand on Eve's and looked at her in his best interprentation of love. She giggled a little and sat down at a table with an unbrella overhead.
"XR.... have you ever felt lonely?"
"No, not really...."
"I see..... I feel lonely... even though I got you and everyone else..." She reached out and hugged XR unsuspectingly, catching him off guard. He blushed (if robots could blush anyway) profusley and looked away.
"Well.. I... ahhh..." He started.
"It's okay... we're getting off topic here. Say.... where do _YOU_ wanna go?" Eve asked her friend. XR grinned and took his friend's hand once again and walked her over to a special place they always went.
"Say... how's... this place?" He said slyly. Eve gasped and her eyes widened. It was the place they always went... it was their own area...
"I thought... you forgot.... thank you!" She hugged the beaming robot and rushed into the special place. He followed her, and it almost seemed like the rain had stopped once they were both happy.
