Kagome woke from a restless sleep with the moon calling her name.  Dressing quickly, she snuck outside in her small form.  Once she was outside the school grounds, and deep in the forest, she let her glamour down.  Now she was free to work her magic.  Something was happening, but she only got bits and pieces.  The only message that she got clearly, was that someone was in trouble.  Not long after she realized that, any icy wind blew, sending her in the right direction.  Flexing her wings, she took off flying into the night.

When the wind had died down, she knew she was close.  She could since another magic being near by, something canine.  Quietly, she hovered high over the tree tops, looking for the being that was in trouble.  After a few minutes she spotted it.  A pure white dog was cornered against a large tree trunk.  As she flew closer, she saw why it was in trouble.  The wild wolves that roamed the mountains and hills in this area were surrounding the dog.  Taking a deep breath, she lowered herself onto a thick branch of a near by tree.  Once she landed, she transformed back to human size.  Even though she was only 5'1", it was still more intimidating to wolves than her faerie size.

She hopped off the branch and landed on the ground without a sound.  Getting as close to the action as she dared, she wove a stun still big enough to cover them all, and set it loose.  When all the animals were floating in the air, still as stone, she ran through the trees and dragged the white dog away.  Once she was up close to it, she could tell it was already wounded.  That and that it was a pure silvery white husky, defiantly male.  When she'd gotten a good distance away, she used her magic to make him light as a feather.  After shrinking, she took off into the skies again, with the stunned husky floating behind her.

They had flown for a few minutes before she landed them in the cave she used during the full moons.  Deciding that leaving the husky stunned would be better for the both of them, she cleaned and bandaged his wounds.  When she was done, she realized something wasn't quite right about him.  He was too big to be a full bred husky, and yet, there weren't any signs of other breeds in him.  And she knew what all the creatures of the earth looked like.  Scanning through her mental data base, she gasped when she realized what he was.  A Youkai dog demon, but he was too small to be a full one, but he was still powerful.  With her shields down, his power crashed into her aura in great, powerful waves.  Soon she noticed that her stun spell was wearing off.  Growing back to human size, she put her glamour back up and scooted over to the far side of the cave.  His body was gently lowered to the ground as the spell wore off.  When he landed on the stone floor, his eyes shot open, revealing violet orbs that reflected the dim firelight.

Slowly it stood, and when his eyes landed on her, a growl sounded through out the cave.  Keeping her eyes on his, she calmly spoke, "Calm down, you were being attacked by the pack of wolves.  I'm not going to hurt you."

For a while it just stared at her, growling with it's body tense.  Finally he seemed to have decided to trust her, he laid back down with his head on his paws, his eyes never leaving her form.
