"Naruto, I want you."
As simple as that were the words that left Sakura`s mouth.
She didn`t even think twice. She just let it all out. She`d tried to show him her point by useless actions, but in vain, so she decided to be quite straightforward this time.
He glanced at her before continuing his mission to make his room as tidy as possible. He was trying to do it quickly, as to attend to her request, though he`d have left his room has it was. Only Sakura`s punches could make him think twice.
"You want me to…?"
She groaned. Was he trying to get a laugh out of her?
"Oh. I think I know what you mean, but you could give me a rest, Sakura, you know that…" he whined "I´ve cleaned my room and the kitchen… I`m kinda tired. I know I still have the bathroom, but can`t it wait?"
She blinked a couple of times. What in the world?
"No, Naruto, what I meant was really that I want you. Get it?"
She looked hopefully at his face as he beamed and lifted his thumbs up.
"I know!"
She smiled. Perhaps he wasn`t as dumb as she thought.
"You want me to help you with something!"
She gave him a face palm. Never overestimate Naruto. How did he not get what she meant?
"Er. It`s not exactly help I`m needing you for."
"Oh?" he seemed to be deep in thought "Wait. It´s a game, right? No, wait, let me see if I can guess it right."
She resisted the urge to punch him.
"You want me to give you a present, right? Yeah, that`s it, I`m sure of it!"
He was grinning happily and she actually felt a bit sorry for him as she sighed.
"Well… I can we can say it`s kind of a present, but…"
"Yay!"
She sighed again and eyed him for a moment.
"But Naruto," an idea had reached her mind, "the present I want is you."
"Ooh! I get to gift-wrap myself! Has to be fun!"
She only stared. She kept telling herself to be calm, that is was normal. That it was Naruto, so this was no surprise.
"Naruto. I want you with nothing on."
"…Oh."
She grinned happily. She`d extremely direct in that last sentence.
"No gift-wrapping then!"
"Seriously, how dense can you be?" she growled " I want you with nothing, nothing on. Nothing."
Naruto looked frightened at her expression.
"S-Sakura?"
But she just walked closer until she was face to face with him.
"Sakura, what are you…?"
But she just grabbed his head and slammed their lips together. At least she could happily say that Naruto now knew what she meant.
From then on, let`s just say Naruto was able to grasp hints much more easily.
