Riku blindly groped for the light switch, his brother Axel chattering away excitedly next to him, he resisted the urge to roll his eyes as Axel went on about his new boyfriend.
The light filled the room with light before flickering out, the rain pounded against the window stills, thunder boomed in the background creating an eerie kind of setting.
A sad song carried down from the upstairs bedroom, Axel's room.
They cautiously climbed the stairs, a silence descended among them as the voice got louder, and a song of pure unadulterated sadness resounded through their ears.
As they reached the oak door it swung open with a small creak as the gentle singing filled them with untold emotions, and there at the on the window still sat a blonde with sad blue eyes, Axel instantly recognised as Roxas his boyfriend and best friend.
Sitting tracing the patterns of the rain as it rolled down the glass.
"He always loved the rain" The boys voice was quiet, he didn't turn to them nor did he move as Axel and Riku slowly entered the room, breaths held as if he were to run away at the smallest sound.
Axel placed a hand on the boys shoulder "Who?" Roxas merely smiled a broken smile as he stared into Axel's worried green eyes.
"Sora" Riku sensing they needed a moment alone left the room quietly as Axel sat on the bed, pulling Roxas into his lap, running a hand through his golden hair and making soothing noises into his ear.
Roxas sobbed quietly as he clung to Axel burying his head into Axel's chest was his body shook, Axel hugged him tighter resting his head protectively on Roxas'.
Roxas wiped his tears away as he locked eyes with Axel's own, a silent message passed through them and Axel smiled slightly as he brought his lips down to meet Roxas'
He released his hold around Roxas' waist and instead placed it firmly on his ass. Roxas' moaned into his mouth which Axel took advantage of slipping his tongue in.
Roxas grabbed the back of his neck, lacing his fingers in Axel's spiky, red locks and pulled him as close as possible. Axel left no place untouched in Roxas' mouth, mapping it out in his mind.
Axel layed Roxas out on the bed, straddling his hips he licks Roxas' collarbone gently before biting down hard enough to draw blood, licking it up apologetically.
Roxas moaned in ecstasy, Axel reached for his pants and Roxas went ridged.
Axel looked up at Roxas worriedly "Is something wrong?" Roxas was visibly shaking again.
"I just don't think I'm ready" Axel smiled softly at him as he kissed him fully on the lips again.
"I'll be waiting"
