(This is a little drabble about a girl who was saved by Edward. He always talks about having killed just the bad guys, well here he is in action
Disclaimer: Stephenie owns Edward, I made rose and this wonderful jackass up. :) Enjoy)
Huh... Hu... hu." The shallow breathes came agonizingly long intervals.
"Come on sweetheart."
"Stay away from me!" The girl screamed. The man cornered her against the brick wall in the dark, lonely alleyway. She looked around desperately to find no one in the dark ally. He had herded her here.
He pressed her up to him.
"Awe, don't be like that." He caressed her face. She turned her head away in defiance.
Screaming as loud as she could before he smothered her mouth.
"Play nice and this will be easier for both of us." He breathed in her ear.
The girl gave one last effort, before letting herself fall to the ground.
"Hey baby be good." He tipped her head up.
Tears fell down her cheeks in salty trails. Her blonde hair was plastered to her neck by her sweat. She trembled as he held her shoulders, shaking her like a rag doll.
"Let her go."
"Who the hell are you!?" He asked.
"No one you will ever know." The voice was beautiful, melodic.
The girl's bright blue eyes were big and round.
"Run." He growled. She gaped. He was so beautiful, like her guardian angel. Bronze hair and golden eyes, with a strong build. She felt her knees give way from under her and fell as she watched him.
"RUN!" He yelled at her. She couldn't find the strength. She closed her eyes tightly.
He growled under his breathe. "Do not open your eyes." He hissed.
She only nodded.
He slammed the man against the wall, jerking his head so his neck was revealed and biting. He sucked away the mans life with no regret. God could be angry, he didn't care. This pathetic excuse for a man deserved to die. He shouldn't be allowed to breathe the same air as everyone else.
And as for himself? Well he didn't need to breathe anyways.
He became more aware of the girl cowering against the brick wall, hiding from him.
He threw the mans body to the ground carelessly.
"Alright." He sighed. She peeked from her lashes as he wiped away the blood with the sleeve of his shirt. He noticed the droplets of crimson that stained his shirt.
"What are you?"
"A monster." He growled. She shivered as he turned away from her.
"Wait!" She said. "What's your name?"
He turned on his heels to look at her.
"Edward."
"I'm Rose. Thank you." She said gratefully.
Edward didn't say anything but simply walked, his footsteps were silent as he strode away onto the street.
He had saved her life, he was her guardian angel, she was sure of it.
