"Get those hot buns in here!" Shouted Finn to tree trunks. He turned around to check on PB-
BOOM!
Finn gasped in horror. As he watched the Candy people scream in fear and exploded! "What happened!?" Screamed PB in horror. Finn's older brother Lincoln looked baffled and horrified.
"My dear, I haven't the foggiest! I had just started to organize them to ration food and barricade the doors and windows; when suddenly-"
"Wait, you told them about the zombies!? Screamed PB. Lincoln looked at her confused. "Well, of course! Why wouldn't I?"
"Because they explode when they panic, you idiot!" "What!? They explode when- Why in the Sam hill would you create your people with such a defect!?"
"There a work in progress, okay!? And don't change the subject! You just murdered all my subjects!"
Lincoln sighed. "Look, I'm sorry about that. Really I am. But how in the blazes is this my fault!? I didn't know! How could I have known!?" "It's the same difference! There still dead!"
Finn and Jake groaned as they had to endure yet another screaming match between their older brother(who bore an uncanny resemblance to the king of mars) and PB...While also fighting Zombies...

This "rise of an empire" challenge was Inspired by Madhat886. A favorite author of mine! I don't care for how he portrays my faith, but I still recommend him!
AN: I know it says "in-progress" but really I just don't like boxing myself into a corner. For now this is more of a one-shot that I might continue one day...but probably won't.
But, hey. Feel free to use whatever elements you want from this, if you want! Or maybe give me ideas?
