Scalps

Ig jag took a bite out of the raw meat and raised his head and let gravity do the rest and felt the warm meat slip down his throat. He looked around with his experienced eyes he looked at the holy ring and its holy structures. Strange 4 winged birds flew in circles. Fish and crestations moved in the clear salt water below. It was slightly chilly and several ungoggy were patrolling and the rest were sleeping making wheezing sounds as they took peaceful breaths. His kig yar brothers were checking there plasma rifles or adjusting their shields devices.

Then the gondolas started to move. He stood up and looked at the farthest one that was coming towards them he saw gun fire. He picked up his highly decorated plasma rifle which was decorated with a couple of human scalps that ran down the sides and was splattered with human and flood blood he had burned carbon scores on the sides. The two gondolas were now side by side and gunfire was now more frequent He aimed and looked into the scope and turned onto maximum view setting he saw two humans shooting ungoggy and some of his kig yar brothers into pulp. A sangheili jumped to were the humans were and took out his sword.

He sliced the first one in half. In the corner of his eye he could see a shadow move and hit the sangheili square in the back it went down the figure then picked up its plasma grenades and moved into the light. It was the demon it moved its head and the human's head went up and down and went to the dead and picked up weapons and ammo.

He barked an order the ungoggy awoke and some ran to the turrets the kig yar stood up and got into a box formation the snipers at there spots. He threw his meal into the ocean and looked into the scope ready to kill the demon. He did not see the demon nor the human. He stepped out to get a better look when he felt a sudden burst of pain that went threw one lung, his heart and turned his spine into pulp.

He fell over his gun flew somewhere down near him in the corner of his eye he saw the turrets explode as two rockets hit them the ungoggy on them vaporized. Shots rang out and his kig yar brother's brains were splattered on the pavement. He coughed up some liquid which was his blood he took out plasma pistol he saw the demon he fired a charge blast at him but he missed. The demon saw him the demons gun aimed at him.

He was about to go to paradise
