When Patrick Went Rap
It was a sunny day when Spongebob came dressed up as Squidward for the Krusty Krab festival. Patrick didn't know who to dress up like because he didn't want to go as himself, Spongebob or his dad. So, he went as Nelly. Nelly was the most popular rapper that caught on in the sea. So Patrick went as him. Spongebob and Mr.Krabs thought it was hilarious that Patrick thought he looked so great. So Spongebob told Patrick sarcastically he looked just like him and should take up rapping. Then Patrick went out and wasted $5.00 on fake money to pay for clothes and medals and other hip things Nelly wore. Then Patrick went to a club and sang his rap it went:
"I'd like to be Nelly
But I just couldn't be.
I've got to big of a belly
As you all can see!"
It was much much longer but Patrick wanted to save his act for a more popular club. When Patrick was all finished the crowd went wild. It was standing Ovation and everything. Patrick was astonished that his non-sense words made everyone crazy in a good way. He thought to himself! Spongebob was right I am a good Nelly! I will fit in! I can do this! YAY! Everyone was still clapping going into the next act! Patrick thought some more……I should find poems and stories and find ways to put them together and sound great. So that is exactly what he did. Soon enough Patrick was the new Nelly. Then…………………………
