Major turned and started running, but Collins caught up quickly. "jeez major! What the hell is going on?! I hear gun shots, go to where they are, and find you!? What the hell! You could have been killed!?"
"Jeez Collins. Thanks for your reassurance. So could anyone else." she retorted.
He stopped at that, yanking her to a halt. She winced and pulled back, but stopped. "I'm sorry major. I'm just worried that something bad could have happened. Just please..please take someone with you next time." he said patiently looking at her with sincere concern
she laughed. "Like I have someone! For goodness sake Collins! I don't even have a partner, let alone a team to take with me."
"Fine. be as it is," He paused slightly, "Give me a week and I'll get you a team that's worth the wait, but I am going to be in it as well, like it or not."
She looked at him with a slight tint of annoyance and slightly anger . "jeez Collins. I'm not a baby anymore. I can take care of myself! "and with that she turned on her heel and ran off, faster this time.
He smirked, slightly amused. "and as for that team..."

"What the hell, Collins!? You seriously think that a bunch of lower ranks is 'a better' team!? I'd be better off myself!" the younger girl said, glaring slightly. "The only two I like are Sergeant lake and Paden!"
"Calm down major! you don't even know all of them yet... there are plenty to choose from. Besides, I have the commanders permission on it, so like it or not, your stuck with me for the whole day " he grinned and she glared.
"damn you Collins!"
"Hey now! That's not nice! " he said grinning, and continued introducing her to more privates, when one caught her eye.
"who's that?" She asked, turning to face him, and motioning to a nearby girl.
"oh. That's Kimi. She's a boss at disarming both bombs and the enemy. I take a fancy to her. She's fast, stealthy, and pretty dang skilled. We'll add her if you want." he said grinning.
She nodded, and smiled. "I'd like to see these 'epic' skills, and see how good they really are."
Major liked Kimi. She was tall, creamy skinned, and skinny, probably in her early twenties. She had long black hair, that when down, went past her knees. She had a sweet, yet quiet personality and overall- was pretty cute.. She reminded her of Paden—a short, brown skinned girl, with long hair, but not as quiet and shy as Kimi.
She smiled. "Hey Collins.. by any chance, do they have any navigators? I think that one could be of use in this team.."
"Yeah. They have about 15" he said flatly.
"Okay! Lets go check them out then. Maybe one will be useful." she said as she skipped towards that group.
Collins sighed, and followed, but as soon as he got over to that particular group , she pointed to one of the few boys in the group.
"I like that one best. He's a natural with maps and geography." She said, with a huge smile.
Collins studied the boy. He was about 5'6", and was well built. He had black hair, and tan skin, and was about twice the size of the rest of the boys in the group. "very well. I take it we are done here?" Collins asked, looking slightly bored.
