Thoughts on Converse
Ziggy
Good ole Converse.
Able to get him anywhere, in any situation.
Except for the occasional squeak, they made nary a sound. In fact, in America, they were commonly called sneakers.
He could wear them with his usual suit, casual attire or his ill-luck tuxedo.
Oh, the things he could do while wearing them: walk, skip, bounce, climb, pace, swagger, dance, prowl, control the TARDIS.
But the most important thing he could do in his Converse was--
"Doctor, what do we do?" Jack's desperate voice.
The Doctor looked at his friends.
"We run."
And so he did.
In his Converse.
