So I decided to actually publish a story. This idea just came to me, and I thought it would make a nice fanfiction.

"How could you?" Mabel screamed, tears streaming down her face. Her hands were tangled in her mess of brown hair.

The dream demon smirked as the preteen covered her eyes with the palms of her hands. He chuckled at the sound of her sobs.

The echo of footsteps pounded up the stairs.

"Mabel?" Dipper asked as he and Wendy poked their heads into the twins' shared bedroom. Having heard Mabel's shouts, the two had dashed to her rescue, with Soos not far behind.

The male twin jumped back at the sight of the creature who had tormented him all summer. Bill, having taken his human form, one that proved to intimidate the Pines twins more than the triangular one, switched his gaze over to Dipper.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't Pinetree," the blond mockingly greeted, followed by his trademark laugh.

"What do you want?" the male twin snarled. "I told you to leave me..."

Dipper trailed off as his vision drifted over to Mabel's side of the room. He gasped and clamped a hand over his mouth at the sight of the slaughter covering her bed and the surrounding floor. Mabel had fallen to her knees, her sobs growing louder.

"Oh my gosh," Wendy whispered, her hands on either side of her face. "Mabel." She knelt down next to the weeping girl, attempting to pat her back.

A look of disgust crept over Dipper's face. He opened his mouth to speak, only to have the words evaporate off his tongue.

"Dudes, everything okay?" Soos called as he finally caught up with Dipper. The handyman stepped back in horror when he too viewed the massacre. "Holy..." he trailed off.

Dipper clenched his fists by his side. He shot a glare in the floating demon's direction. "Bill," he hissed through his teeth. A slender finger pointed at the demon. "You...you've gone too far this time!"

The blond demon held his stomach as he laughed. The golden eyes opened to examine his work.

"Shooting Star had it coming," Bill laughed. He waved his hand in the air while he looked up at the ceiling. "After she ruined my plans at the theatre." His gaze fell back on the crying brunette. "You didn't think I would just let that go?"

Dipper cringed at the memory of Bill's posession.

"I don't know what you're talking about," Soos said having recovered from his shock at the carnage not ten feet from him. "But I don't know how anyone could be so cruel."

Bill shrugged at what he believed to be a compliment.

Mabel's sobs had died down to sniffs. Wendy offered her a weak smile that the younger girl could not return. The redhead helped the brunette to her feet.

Mabel wiped away fresh tears. Her glare fell on the dream demon, and in a shaky voice she spoke, "You...you should be ashamed of yourself." She sniffled. "They...they did nothing to you."

Dipper nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, dude, not cool," Soos added.

One by one they turned their backs on Bill.

Dipper placed a hand on his sister's shoulder. "It's okay, Mabel," he said with a weak smile. "Let's get you some ice cream, then I'll help you fix them up."

"Really?" Mabel asked, a smile finding its way to her face.

Dipper nodded. "Absolutely."

"Me too," Soos offered. "Good as new."

"Yeah, we'll have them fixed in no time," offered Wendy.

The four made their way down the stairs, leaving Bill speechless with an open mouth. The blond glanced over the mess that littered the Pines twins' room. His smile slowly faded.

Bill picked up one of the many beheaded stuffed animals that had once laid peacefully on Mabel's bed. A piece of cotton fell from the gaping hole in the neck.

For the fist time in his life Bill felt something pulling at his chest. At that moment the dream demon wondered if perhaps he had crossed a line.

So it's a little silly, but hopefully it was entertaining.
