"Jake?" Bella asked.
"Hey Bella." I replied while sitting down next to her in her bed.
Bella was tired, very tired. You could tell by the dark circles under her eyes. She even looked paler than usual. I decided to come to Bella's house because I missed her. I did not have much time until she became a vampire and I wanted to use as much time as I wanted with her. Even if she was half dead.
"How are you?"
"Good." Bella said, she wasn't in much of a mood to talk.
"Bella, I miss you will you come to see me more often?"
"Sure."
"Thank you that is all I wanted." My mood was suddenly lifted. "You seem tired, you can go to sleep now."
"G'night." She mumbled and suddenly fell asleep.
Even though she was half asleep when I asked her to visit me more I was glad. It had been so long, too long since she had seen me. I was suprised the bloodsucker wasn't here right now watching her, because he hardly left her side. They were always together. That I envied. I wished I could could take Edward's place and make Bella happy the way he does. It was nice to know she loved me, but it was not enough.
The words repeated in my head.
My nose wrinkled, the leech was near.
"What are you doing here?" He appeared at my side.
"I was saying good night to Bella and you?" I asked the bloodsucker. Thoughts floated my mind, not very kind thoughs.
"Yeah, you don't smell so good either."
"You didn't answer my question."
"She likes me to come here, every night."
Jealousy rose inside of me. I saw a pillow next to me and smiled?
"Pillow fight?"
I hit him with a pillow and it exploded. He hit me with the pillow and it exploded on me. We used all the pillows we could find in the house.
"Why am I covered in feathers?" Edward and I turned at the same exact time to see Bella sitting up in her bed, her hair messy, her eyes drooping, but still looking beautiful.
"Mornin' love." Edward greeted her.
"Good morning Bella." I said to her.
"Why am I covered in feathers?" She repeated.
We sped out of her house as soon as we could and went our separate ways.
